Edit - my voicemail was returned and they apologized, asked if I wanted to reschedule the appointment for the following day. I declined, as cannot trust that this next appointment would be honored, as it wasn’t before.”

We called again, they promised again, and never showed up. This happened 3 or 4 times. In the end, we paid 384 dollars to go from fridge that does not turn on to a fridge that freezes the food. I would not recommend this company at all - be aware!”
