“We had an upright freezer that was leaking water from underneath. Of course we googled possible causes. One was possibly a clogged drain. We could not find the drain. A tech named Josh came out on time as scheduled. He immediately checked out our freezer, located the drain hidden behind a plastic piece screwed in the bottom of the freezer ( which had to be removed). The buildup of ice was also blocking the view. He melted the ice, inspected other parts, cleaned up the mess and it has been working just fine again. I would use them again. They stated a 30 day warranty on the part/labor, so that is reassuring.”
