“I had to have the roof area around my dryer vent repaired due to water coming down through the vent pipe. After the repair was completed, I attempted to contact the company several times regarding the issue. Unfortunately, the communication and follow-through were extremely disappointing. Ps the comment below that the person made doesn’t realize I knew there was a leak which is why I called a actual company out who didn’t tell me I had a leak my roofer is the one who saw the leak. Unlike the unprofessionalism Mancor has shown below saying it wasn’t there fault. This guy was scared to even come out and work inside of a house because it was raining. I was given multiple dates and told someone would come out, but on several occasions, no one showed up. I even had to call out of work one day to wait for someone who ultimately never arrived. I also paid a $50 service fee for a visit where the individual essentially looked over everything and did not provide any meaningful assistance. And still had several instances where he ignored my text and didn’t respond to even tell me that he wasn’t coming but instead read the messages and moved along. Real professional business. “I would definitely not recommend based on my experience. I chose this company after reading the reviews and needing a dryer repair. It was not heating.The one thing that was accurate is that they came out quickly. The technician came out looked at the dryer, took it apart, and collected $50. He diagnosed it as an ignitor, said he would order the part and be back the next day. No call the next day. I reached out the following day, and he said he had to order it. No call the next day. When I finally reached him, he said the part came in broken, he could reorder it, or I could find someone else. The problem is that because he took it apart, no other repair people would touch it. I had to purchase a new dryer. Here's the kicker. When Lowe's delivered my driver, they pulled the old one out to take away. The technician started fooling around with it, and noticed the line build up in the back and in the line. He cleaned it, and I worked just fine. I think my job was too small for him. One of the times I contacted him, he stated he was busy at a commercial job. So, I donated $50 for a wrong diagnosis and all it needed was a good cleaning. I ended up paying for a new dryer.
