“Awesome and quick service! Nick did a great job of getting my dryer fixed in less than 48 hours after my initial call. He was able to come by the same day to assess the problem, order the necessary parts, and get everything installed and working perfectly in no time at all. Definitely give Same-Day Repair a call if you're having any issues with your appliances!”

“Eugene arrived early and gave text ahead of time. Very skilled technician. Problem was dryer shutting off mid cycle. Vents, motor, thermal fuse all okay. Suspected humidity sensor. Also the tiny dashboard lights not lighting up. Gave assessment Without update. Said we could operate on timed dry as heating element good. Repair cost about 2/3 of new so we decided to use timed dry until machine quits and then replace new. Unit is 9 yrs old anyway. Highly recommend Eugene. Polite, quick diagnostics and no high pressure sale tactics. You will want him too.”

“The technician was 55 minutes late out the time schedule. When the technician quoted the price, I asked what that included. He stated that included parts, labor and the warranty. He did not state that the warranty was an additional charge. I requested an itemized breakdown of the charges. He couldn’t or wouldn’t explain the cost, only said the company will send it to me. I requested an itemized via email and text. Didn’t receive the itemized statement until I called today (July 22, 2026). In reviewing the statement, it indicates the warranty was an additional charge. The technician never mentioned that. He never said if there was an option for choosing to purchase the warranty. I’m requesting the amount of the warranty and taxes be returned to me immediately.”

They arrived when they said they would, the Technician went to straight to work diagnosing the issue, made some repairs but unfortunately a couple parts had to be ordered. This was done over the weekend and by Monday afternoon my clothes washer was running loads again. I would recommend their services to others.”

“I had to prompt the technician to fix my fridge. He was trying to charge me $275 labor for troubleshooting but didn’t fix the issue. After talking him through it he finally figured out the problem. $560 dollars later with parts and labor. Very pricey I suggest going to someone else. Would not recommend!!!!”

“Alexander did a great job coming and identifying the problem and resolving the issue in a timely manner. *** I am back with an updated review. The issue was not resolved and more issues arose. After multiple attempts from the technician coming out to resolve the problem; I just ended up requesting my money back. The amount of money spent on the repairs ( 2 different transactions) cost as much as purchasing a new dishwasher which is outrageous! Would not recommend using their services!”
