I took a chance and I can say my heavily used 3 year old grill now looks like it did the day it was installed. They spent over 4 hours dismantling and cleaning the entire system and hood. “We use our grill at least twice a week almost year round. When it got really messy and caught on fire we decided to get someone out to do a deep cleaning. We called Lance The Grill Doctor, and he came out to our house and spent all morning deep cleaning our grill. That was in August of 2020. “I reached out to this company to clean my grill and repair the starter. They did the clean and did a good job but had to return twice for the starter. To my disappointment, the starter has not been fixed. When I reached out to them to notify them that the starter is still not working, they refuse to return emails or phone calls despite several attempts. Luckily, we paid them with American Express and we intend to protest their charges for the repair. I would not recommend this company for any servicing or grill repair.”
