“My refrigerator was leaking and we had no idea where it was coming from so we called UltraFix and they sent a technician (Chris) the same day. Chris is AWESOME… he took time to explain what the problem was and what the costs might be if it needed a major repair. Very professional, helpful, informative and passionate about his job and making sure customer is satisfied. STRONGLY recommend this company for any appliance repair and hopefully Chris is the technician you get because again he is AWESOME!!!!”

“WOW! Life happens… as much as I would like for my appliances to last “forever”, I realize that is totally unrealistic . Thankfully because.of a previous experience, I reached out to Ultra Fix for two kitchen appliances that needed urgent attention (refrigerator and range hood) Rregretfully I can’t recall the name of the person who answered my call when I contacted Ultra Fix Appliance Repair Services. However she listened attentively, was patient and scheduled a NEXT DAY appointment. Yay! After arranging an agreed upon time frame, I was advised to anticipate a communication from the technician. “These guys have no clue what they're doing. I waited almost a whole month for dryer repair before I gave up on them. Between the terrible communication and no updates, ignoring texts and completely misdiagnosing the issue I was absolutely patient. “After two separate appliance repairs - still nothing works. I paid for them to come diagnose and repair my icemaker. It worked for a day and was charged almost $200. They came back and said that it needed additional parts and was another $175. I had them do that repair and it worked for another day and then does not work. Now they’re saying it’s something completely unrelated and I am nearly $400 into the repair and still have no ice. I then called them for a separate repair on my Gas dryer and they also were unable to repair that. Now I’m just buying all new appliances. Wasted money.”

“The icemaker of our 11-year-old Samsung refrigerator suddenly was producing nothing but a growing block of ice in the freezer tray. On a Friday afternoon, I contacted UltraFix and arranged a repair visit. Tarek was on his way just 2-3 hours later. He was professional, patient and definitely knew what he was doing. (And he took off his shoes once inside.) He was upfront about UltraFix's diagnosis/repair charges and various next steps. After removing the freezer drawers and the bottom icemaker, Tarek tried a few things beforehand with the icemaker that he said stood a decent chance to get it working again. Then he found the culprit, a broken plastic mechanism, which unfortunately meant having to order a new icemaker. The following Monday morning, Tarek installed it quickly and efficiently. He also took care to leave greater clearance at the sides and rear of the fridge, steps the original installers should have done.”
