“Thorough diagnostic procedure. Found failed fan motor in my KitchenAid wine fridge. Replaced fan and saved me from spending $3000 for a new unit. Same day service by Ruslan was excellent.”

“They are the biggest fraud I have experience. When call ask for an estimate. I was told $75. I order a replacement knob for my oven for $115, that was paid also. 3.weeks later I followed up with a call asking for a refund due to not receiving the knob ordered, I received a text stating an additional $225 need before ordering. I stated, " I text back stating I paid already and have the receipt. Then the secretary stated the technician (Alex) should have never provided a receipt and she would deliver a corrected receipt next week. What a scammer business. I states are you serious? No thank you. I want a refund or let the courts decide. I which I am doing, These people are the most fraudulent local business I have ever had to encounter since moving here.”

“This place is awful. I called them last year and they replaced a part, but 8 months later the dryer stopped working. I called them back when I probably shouldn't have and the guy they sent out told me that I needed to replace 3 parts and that it would cost $428 with a $100 deposit. He didn't take any pictures. When I asked to see what the problem was, he sent me online pictures. I called another legit company to come and check it out and this time the guy said all I needed was a vent cleaning company to come out to clean the vent leading to outside and that the parts are fine. I would never use this company again! I almost had to spend the $428 on top of the vent cleaning.”

“Had the repair tech diagnose my lg dryer. Diagnosed it in 10 min by only just removing the face plate.Told me it was a couple parts but was vague on what they were except for thermostat which I could see was burned out. Gave me quote and asked for half up front but continued to be vague when I asked what parts exactly he would be replacing. Told me I had to had to make a decision on how to proceed up front and would comeback and repair it next week. I’m always hesitant when told it has to be done right away, so I decided to wait but he said the diagnostic fee wouldn’t go towards the repair if I waited. So, I gave him the 75 dollar fee and contacted the home office to let them know I didn’t like how he was vague on what exactly would be repaired and how I was being pressured to pay half immediately. Got a call back from the tech explaining to me what needed to be replaced which was the sensor, thermostat and solenoid. At this point I’m getting another company since it doesn’t make sense to me how he knows all three parts don’t work by visual inspection only. I’m not a dryer expert, that’s why I called them out but to see three parts go out at the same time is something I have never ”

“There was a problem with technician being able to come at appointed time first day. Next day a mix up but came on the third day as scheduled. Listened to me about problem, asked several questions, explained what was wrong based on error message machine was giving us. And he knew by the sound the dryer was making what the problem was. Ordered parts and came back next day to repair. Was thorough, adjusted appliances to sit where I had them. Despite the first two days issues I was pleased with technician attitude and work.”

“SCAMMER BEWARE! This company is a sham. I was told the price for them to come out and diagnose the refrigerator would cost $75. The technician arrived in his personal vehicle,(with front bumper missing) instantly went to work. Found the reset button and then charged me $266.86. I called the office several times to get the same customer service representative (what a joke). All she could do is raise her voice and say that that was to cost to fix it. I explained that I was under the assumption that the $75 would cover the cost of the fix and I wanted my $191.86 refunded to me. She just got mad and hung up on my call. Never again will I call the company out. Unprofessional at it's best.”

“I’m extremely surprised this company has positive reviews. I called on a Thursday for a broken dishwasher. The only problem with the dishwasher was that it wasn’t pulling water. A technician showed up on Friday and told us it would be almost $500 for a new motor and that he had to order it so he couldn’t finish the repair until Monday. On Monday, I reached out and he said he would come on Tuesday. On Tuesday (after I reached out again) he installed the new motor, only to tell me there were now “small holes” and that the dishwasher was “leaking.” I asked him to fix it as this was a new problem because the dishwasher had never leaked before. He told me he couldn’t fix it that day but could come back two days later, on Thursday. I asked if the reason he couldn’t fix it today was because he needed another part and he said no. I then asked why it couldn’t be fixed today. He went outside to talk on the phone, came in and said he needed a part(?) but would “try” to fix it that same day. After about ten minutes of messing with the dishwasher he “fixed it.” After he left, he told me my Zelle hadn’t gone through despite the money leaving my bank account and me sending him confirmation of pay”

“I would give zero stars if I could! This company came out to fix my freezer and ended up breaking it. Now he will not answer or return my calls. We have tried to call and speak wiry a manager at least 15 times. We are always told someone will back but they never do. The red arrow is pointing to the broken piece. It is now taped.”
