“They were quick to come out (though it did at times seemed rushed) knowledgeable, and fair price. The reason why I do two stars is, they left a large scratch on my wooden floors in addition to pulling off my trim work, which the technician wasn’t going to even repair. When he did put it back it was over lapping with my dishwasher. He was trying to explain to me that the whole wasn’t lined up and this happened even with newer homes. Well Lowe’s put this one in and the last two dishwashers I had didn’t seem to have a problem with the trim. When I called the operator she was just gonna call the technician to come back out to fix my scratched floor. Not really something that’s fixable other than just covering it up. UPDATE: The owner called me and explained that it was not one of his techs that to accommodate the same day service he partnered with another company. He was very attentive to the concerns I had. He end up issuing a partial refund to help with the cost of repair.”
