I ended up calling another technician, who correctly diagnosed the problem as a faulty control unit and fixed it the same day. This saved me a significant amount of money. “Had an appointment between 8 and 10am. TOOK A VACATION DAY to be at home to have my washer fixed. I called them at 11am and the lady told me the technician forgot and she will have another technician come out. I told her to cancel the service, I'll find someone else. That technician called and said he got in an accident. I told him I was sorry but at least the operator could have called and told me there was a delay instead of me waiting like a dummy. I do not like poor customer service and this place reeks of it. Hard pass.”
