“Mohamed came on May 20th, 2026 to check out an oven in our new house in Boerne. Did no real tests but told me that the main board and sensor needed replacing because that always goes out on these ovens. Replaces both and still doesn’t work. $573.60 later. Then it started switching modes on its own. I showed him and he said it was the board on the knobs.. then he replaced and made it worse. I did an AI search and told him what it was. He said he would order the board . Nothing/ silence for 2 months now and he does not return my calls. Would never go to this place. Run!”
