“CW was very informative, sent an email the day before with a picture of the technician and statement of work. Drew the technician called the morning of to inform of arrival time. He showed up as he said he would and when he did, he was quick with the fix and was on his way. My scotsman nugget ice maker is now stopping once its full. Now we can enjoy our new ice machine.”

“Tried calling but mailbox is full. I wanted to make the owner aware that they have a driver that is causing chaos on the road today in Wylie. Drove up on a motorcycle and nearly smashed into it just so he could make sure he got around all of the traffic. Cut me off, had to slam on my breaks so he didn’t clip my front end just for him to get back over to go around traffic. I was only on the road for maybe two minutes to witness multiple close call collisions. I hope he makes it to his early morning service call as I know it is a very busy time of the year. Let’s just try not to take a life before getting there.”

“We have a Cove dishwasher that from the beginning we wish we hadn’t bought. It’s been picky and difficult and basically marginally cleaned the dishes. We got a recall note and CW came out to to the repair. While our tech Johnny was here I mentioned how much I hated the dishwasher and the weird sound it made. Within 20 minutes he had the whole unit fixed (a bad installation) and the now it cleans beautifully. So thankful they came out!!”

“I have an LG stackable washer dryer with a gas dryer on it. Was just looking for a part to take a half inch gas line and connected to a 1 inch gas line or the other way around. They told me they don’t service LGS I said that’s fine except I just need the part. I don’t need the machine serviced. Then I get told we don’t sell parts. Strange at an appliance repair store doesn’t sell parts.”
