“No I would not recommend City Appliance. They came out on a home warranty call and said that it was corrosion that made an electrical connector fail. The home warranty doesn’t cover corrosion. Well i took pictures of the connector which failed due to normal wear and tear ie. heating up under load and cooling off which causes expansion and contraction. I worked with home safe and sent them the correct picture and they are now paying the claim. I had to pay almost 100.00 for the repair and now have to wait to get my credit even though home safe called city appliance and told them their decision and that their technician was wrong in his diagnosis. We even used my parts to replace the connector to get the ice machine up and running.”

“Easy to schedule and appreciate the updates on arrival to our house. The technician arrived and did a great job taking care of the problem with our dryer. Definitely a great experience and will be calling City Appliance again and recommending them to others! Thanks for a great job!!”

“Our dealings with city appliance were wonderful. I called them and they were able to get someone out the same day. The people actually work for city appliance and were not dispatched from some Service pool! They sent a really nice young man named Jacob. He was knowledgeable about our situation and started immediately to rectify it after he had thoroughly explained it to us and quoted us a price. The price was reasonable so we agreed to the work. He was very thorough and checked out everything before he left. I would highly recommend. City, appliance, and ask for Jacob. We were impressed that everyone we talked to.were kind and patient. We were having trouble with our dryer, but if we have trouble with any more of our appliances , we will definitely use City Appliance 🥰”
