“I would never recommend using them. I purchased a used washing machine when I got it home i found it became unbalanced with medium and large loads. When I called I was told I had to bring it back to them for repairs, which I think is NOT good business practices. Now I was stuck trying to figure out how to get it back for repairs but in the meantime I had a load to wash. This is when I realized a couple buttons don't work and the deep water setting doesn't work. So I spoke to Kristin or Kristina and she basically started blaming me for the problem. Saying that sometimes when washers are moved. No I'm sorry the buttons and settings are not going to break during a move. How ridiculous does that sound. I can understand the unbalanced part when moved but she didn't like that I called her out on that and started raising her voice trying to talk over me. I'm sorry but if you have been in business 50 yrs you should know how to treat customers that are upset about your product that doesn't work.”

“While they do answer their phone (hence the 2 stars, the girl on the phone is EXTREMELY RUDE for actually no reason. Seems like she hates her job. Not pleasant to deal with just be warned. “I usually don’t do reviews. But, this experience with Guaranteed Appliances was incredibly excellent. They went above and beyond to assist us in repairing our Roper dryer. They provided advice on trouble shooting my dryer to ensure I got the correct part. I had to have the part same day and wanted an OEM part rather than the cheaper stuff on Amazon that often fails prematurely. I knew what I would have to pay online to get what I needed which would have taken five to seven business days to arrive. I expected to pay more to get the part same day. I was happily surprised when the correct part was cheaper than the prices I found online for the exact same thing, an OEM heating element. Not only was the price cheaper I had it same day and avoided shipping costs. If you need parts or help with repairing an appliance I highly recommend Guaranteed Appliance just outside of San Marcos.”

“I called Guaranteed Appliances looking for a Speed Queen washer & dryer set. I talked to Beth & Kristin for several days trying to decide the exact model Speed Queen set that would work best for me. Wanting to be sure, I contacted Speed Queen and told them the same thing I told Guaranteed Appliance. Low and behold they recommended the SAME washer/dryer set. I decided on the Speed Queen TR5 that Guaranteed Appliances recommended. I wasn't sure I had made the right decision between the TR5 and the TC5 until I did the first couple of loads of clothes I washed! I have to say I LOVE this washer and dryer set. Beth and Kristin know what they are talking about, you can't go wrong with these girls. Their installer was AMAZINGLY professional, neat, and knew what he was doing! “THEIR RESPONSE BACK IS A LIE Had to return the washer TWICE for repairs. First time they wired the lid button incorrectly so that the lid being shut would actually turn the machine off but it would only work when you opened it. Second time the machine would stop running once it hit the spin cycle. THEN the transmission blew on it! FOR EACH REPAIR THE LADY NAMED GUMBY BLAMED ME FOR THE ISSUES! Literally accused me of messing with the wiring INSIDE the machine?!? Then accused me of washing the wrong stuff the second time. Then blamed it on my floors. The washer had been used all of 6 times MAXIMUM between both repairs. Jeans shirts socks and underwear! I’m not washing ROCKS?!? Then when I bring it back again they without my consent swap it out for a different washer (which is fine ) but the one they give me is all beat up (dents in the lid, the side, and the bottom left panel is bent in) I reluctantly took it as I’m more worried about operation use then cosmetics but annoyed at the bait and switch from a cosmetically nice washer to a banged up p.o.s.
