“This company is a shining example of customer service and care. I had a dishwasher and refrigerator repaired. First, the technician was promptly on time, very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He repaired the refrigerator first, he diagnosed the problem and showed me the issue. He ordered the ice maker, which was leaking. Upon receiving the part, they scheduled the installation at my convenience. Arrived and installed it. Unfortunately, the ice maker they received was defective. However, they immediately set things in motion to get another one, no questions or delays. Upon receiving the second ice maker, they again scheduled it at my convenience. The technician arrived and installed it. The cost was very reasonable and they really stood behind their work. It was a pleasure doing business with such a great company. The dishwasher was also repaired and works perfectly and again, the cost was reasonable. Definitely recommend this company!”

“First off they arrived late without giving a courtesy call . I had to call to see if they were still coming. Once tech got here did not look like he knew what he was doing . He told my husband he'd look up to see if he was able to get part for our refrigerator and he'd call back the same day. A week later never called or came back to fix our issue. He could've at least been honest and said he couldnt fix the issue. Poor service ! Look elsewhere ! How they have 5 stars is unbelievable !! I will be calling Samsung to come fix our refrigerator. It may cost more but at least a professional will come out and fix it properly and not leave us hanging like these weirdos did !! Everyone do yourselves a favor and go check out their yelp reviews before hiring them. This company seems to have a reputation of doing all their customers wrong !
