“I scheduled an appliance repair a week in advance with GOFAR. They called me 20 min before they were scheduled to arrive to inform me that the technician finished in the area ahead of schedule and had already moved to another area. Confused, I asked how that made any sense at all. Imagine being at a doctor's office and they inform you the doctor decided that he was finished for the day, even though he knew you had an appointment. Sorry, would you like to reschedule? No thanks, I'll find someone who cares about doing their job.”
