I sent them in writing that they needed to look at a GE washing machine in my guest house and they looked at an old pice of junk Frigidair in the garage that was waiting for the junk man to pick up. I called them 6 times when I saw him in the garage cameras and he did not take my call and texted him several times and he never replied..Called the office about it only to get nonsense excuses. I suggest stay away from these people, find a profesional. This could have all been avoided had they returned my call. so sad!!!”
