Panhandle Ultimate Garage Systems

Panhandle Ultimate Garage Systems operates in Amarillo, Texas as a flooring contractor that also maintains a cabinet store category. The company handles epoxy flooring installations, concrete finishing work, storage solutions, and polished concrete surfaces for both homes and commercial sites. Derek Carter and Paco appear in multiple accounts as the main contacts who supervise jobs and coordinate crews on site at the listed address on South Osage Street.

Homeowners describe concrete jobs such as removing an old pool deck and pouring a new one, smoothing mismatched porch sections before applying a covering, and resurfacing an outdoor townhouse area. Garage storage units were installed on one project with Paco keeping every step on track. Epoxy floors were placed in garages and on screened patios, while another crew stripped old stain from a patio and applied new stain and sealer. Several accounts note that Derek scheduled work within two weeks and that the same crew returned to fix minor spots on earlier garage floors without extra prompting.

Reviewers state that calls were returned promptly in most cases, crews arrived on time, and sites were left clean at the end of each day. Derek provided straightforward pricing on patio floors and answered questions during installation. Service covered Amarillo addresses, with work completed on both residential garages and outdoor living spaces. Hours and response details come directly from accounts that mention quick scheduling and follow-through on signed estimates.

The collected reviews show a 4.7 Google rating alongside repeated comments on clean work, honest recommendations, and crews that stand behind completed floors and storage units. A small number of accounts mention delays after estimates or charges for return visits.

“We had an issue with our overhead door which had been serviced by other companies in the past. Could not get a call back. I called integrity and the office manager told me that her guys were out on calls but she would get back to me. After she realized that they would not complete their job that day, she showed up herself and re attached some angle iron that had separated from the door. Super impressed by her eagerness to take care of her customers.”
