“Frank and Brian did a great job fixing several projects around the house - replacing outlets, installing grab bars in the shower, minor carpentry, and securing our gate and back door. Installing a front patio storm door ended up being a bigger job than expected, but they were professional and stayed until the job was done right. Definitely worth hiring skilled craftsman who take pride in their work. Highly recommend.”

However, when I called Mr Handyman for pressure washing services they did not disclose that I had to pay extra to rent a pressure washer. I assumed that a large company would supply the pressure washer. That was a hidden fee that I was not expecting. That is the reason for 3 stats.”

“I would not recommend this company, especially when it comes to pricing. Based on my experience after multiple phone calls, it felt like I was speaking with AI rather than a real person, which made it difficult to get clear answers. They also don't provide quotes before sending a technician. Instead, they charge a $79 dispatch fee just to come out, with no guarantee that the technician can even complete the job. The only way the dispatch fee is waived is if you accept their quoted price, in which case it's simply added to your final bill. I requested two very minor jobs, and I was quoted $1,900. That price was completely unreasonable in my opinion. Overall, the lack of pricing transparency and the excessive estimate left me very disappointed. I would not recommend this company.”

He was reliable, efficient, and maintained a strong work ethic every single day, always arriving on time and putting in full days of work. “One of the worst and most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. I scheduled them for a small job (to install a ceiling fan). At the time of booking, I gave them the specs such as ceiling height, and fan size/type. They told me there would be a $69 trip charge, but that their technicians would be ready to do the job same day if I approved their onsite estimate. However, when the technician gave me the estimate, he told me that they could not do the job until a week later…NOT same day as promised. He also told me that it would be $700 to install a single ceiling fan. One fan! The installation was going to be twice what I actually paid for the fan, and it was going to take them a week to get around to doing a job that at worst should only take a couple of hours. This company is expensive, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. I will NEVER use them again for anything!”
