Chatham Construction Co

Chatham Construction Co operates from its spot on Cedar Bayou Road in Baytown, Texas. This family business has handled construction and remodeling work since 1950. The crew takes on roofing, siding, room additions, kitchen and bathroom remodels, custom cabinets, painting, drywall, patio covers, metal buildings, and concrete pours for sidewalks, slabs, and driveways. They list themselves as a general contractor with extra focus on cabinet making and bathroom work, and they stay available for both house jobs and commercial projects in the area.

Homeowners mention specific fixes like putting on a new roof, pouring a fresh concrete driveway, and adding folding attic stairs. One customer had the crew back for several projects at the same residence over the years. Another called them in for roofing and noted the clean results along with how they handled the full scope. A kitchen island estimate came up in one case, though that one dragged on longer than expected.

The outfit earns comments for showing up when promised and keeping communication straightforward on timing and costs. Reviewers point to solid response times when lining up roof work and note that the final price often beat other bids around town. They stick to the Baytown area and keep hours open for residential and commercial calls, with estimates offered as part of the process.

Feedback runs mostly positive across the reviews collected, with repeated mentions of reliable roofing and remodeling outcomes plus steady follow-through on what gets agreed. One lower mark flagged a wait for an estimate on a smaller job. The Google rating sits at 4.3.
