“The customer service I have received has been terrible. I had an issue last year with my base kitchen sink cabinet coming apart at the seems. They sent me some new hardware to try to a DIY repair and the holes didn’t line up. I called back and they said someone would come out to give me an estimate. No one ever showed up to look at it. Time got away from me and I called again to have someone come and make the repair. I have sent pictures and videos to show where the white frame is separated from the wood bottom clear as day. Now they want me to pay $300 plus tax for someone to come out and give me an estimate in person. Depending on what they need to make the repair there will most likely be additional charges, especially if they have to order something and make a second trip! I am not willing to spend over $600 to reattach the frame and put in a new hinge! I am waiting for a supervisor to call me back to discuss it further. The local store referred me to the 800 number. The 800 number now sends me text messages and I wait for days for a reply. Ridiculous that they won’t stand behind their “lifetime warranty”. I was told it is a “limited warranty” and this is not covere”

“We have had our cabinets for almost a year now- We Opted for cabinets to go over custom cabinets Being built because of the fast turn around- The custom cabinets would have taken longer to get started & we needed a kitchen. Little did we know that the fast turn around would be nearly 8 months of waiting for pieces— & whenThey arrived they were the “ new color” of the color we had chosen which is noticeably lighter- when reordered the same lighter hue arrived & we were done dealing with is so, like all the other issues we are just stuck with it. Design team should have recommended or required a space between our cabinets and our fridge- this was a completely new kitchen in new construction so anything could have easily been changed before installation. Not only are we unable to take the drawers out of our fridge to clean- the cabinets are sliding on the exterior of the fridge and scratching it unless we pull hard to the right- ( we are cutting them Down hut again, shouldn’t have to) The cabinets are from China- which is fine, but probably less expensive if you go direct. We paid a lot for the build and install -price is per cabinet & modification- The drawers were not placed pri”

They have lots of fancy cabinet features like 2-tier silverware drawers and appliance lifts that can be added to your cabinet order. “I ordered cabinets from Kendall and told her I was comparing her cabinets to another company and that theirs were all wood and assembled cabinets. I wanted to compare apples to apples and she showed me one of her higher end lines. When they were delivered they had MDF door panels and were assembly required cabinets. When I called to complain and ask that they assemble them or take them back as I had not wanted knock down cabinets Kendall told me all the documents I signed said assembly required in the fine print. However when I was being sold the cabinets nothing was said about knock down. I was also informed that if I returned them there would be a 25% restocking fee. So buyer be ware read the fine print and don’t let there sales people manipulate the sale. A horrible company.”
