Chattanooga Closet Company

Chattanooga Closet Company takes on cabinet and storage work around Chattanooga. They handle custom design and installation for closets, pantries, garage systems, laundry rooms, mudrooms, offices, and kids closets. Designers like Sharon, Rachel, Kim, Marlene, and Locksley meet customers to plan layouts that fit the space and daily needs. Installers such as Jason and Charlie handle the builds at homes across the area from their spot at 1901 Broad Street.

Homeowners reach out when they need more room in a master closet or pantry after moving into a smaller place. Others want garage cabinets and slat walls added or laundry nooks and walk-ins redone to match kitchen cabinets. The teams often finish several rooms in a single day, give more storage in the same footprint, and sweep up before they leave. Reviewers note that the work stays neat, the installers answer questions on site, and the final setups hold up well without extra cleanup needed.

They run consultations through a showroom where customers can tweak drawings and prices on the spot. Appointments move to in-home visits, followed by installs that stick to the schedule and keep communication clear throughout. Work covers the Chattanooga area with teams that show up on time, stay careful inside the house, and handle follow-ups like quick shelf swaps or drawer fixes the same day they are called.

The company carries a 4.9 rating on Google from 72 reviews. Reviewers return to the same points about solid designs that add function, install crews that finish ahead of schedule, and storage that holds up after months of use. DIRT Score 4.6 from 72 reviews on Finds.

“Jennifer is the best!! Just had Charlie the installer at my house for some additional items to be installed. He is truly a professional and is extremely detailed oriented. My garage cabinets and slat walls look fantastic. Thank you Howard”

“We recently moved into a smaller home and desperately needed a pantry. Marlene helped us design a pantry that not only looked beautiful, but matched our kitchen cabinets. Jason did an awesome job of installing it. He even swept the floor and wiped the cabinets down afterwards. It was a great experience. I would not hesitate to use them again!! We love it!”

“Excellent experience! Locksley nailed it with a design that was perfect for my needs. And the install went great! Jason and Charlie did a great job! Highly recommended and I will be back in the future.”

“Absolutely loved working with Chattanooga Closet Company. We had talked about getting custom closets done and met Sharon, the designer, at the home show at the conventional center this winter. She scheduled us in that following week for a consult and did designs for the pantry, walk in closet and the laundry nook. We opted for all three and the installation team was able to do all them in within a day. So happy with the end product, would use them again and highly recommend.”

“We contacted Chattanooga Closet to help us organize our master bedroom closet and kitchen pantry. Rachel was a pleasure to work with. She came up with a design that provided more efficient storage capacity than we had, all in the same footprint. The installation team was very particular to give us a quality installation all while being very careful working in our house. The product is well made and professionally installed, therefor you may pay a little more than a do-it-yourself kit, but once installed, we are convinced we made a great decision. We truly love our new closet and pantry!”

“Working with Chattanooga Closet Company was a great experience. Sharon was our awesome designer. She made helpful suggestions, offered various options, and at our direction, came up with beautiful designs for our master closet, pantry and laundry room. The installers arrived on time, were pleasant and polite, answered my questions, and completed the job ahead of schedule. When they left we had beautiful new storage and not a speck of dust to clean up! Couldn't be happier with the entire process!”

“Set up an appointment with Rachel to discuss drawings and prices. Was able to make some changes while in their Showroom which also adjusted some pricing. Visit was pleasurable; I would recommend Rachel for an in-home consultation and for the follow-up visit in their Showroom. UPDATE: Just had our new Pantry Closet installed and it looks great! I am very surprised at how much extra room this gave us as opposed to the "racks" that came with the house. Jason the installer, did a great job and was very respectful. Again, I would highly recommend Chattanooga Closet.”

“Every aspect of our experience working with Chattanooga Closet Company was a pleasure for us. Everyone made us feel comfortable and at ease about making, what for us, was a big decision. Rachel was so helpful by giving us design options and was always clear and friendly in her communication with us. The men who installed our closet were professional and fast. The finished product has been better than we had hoped for. A great investment.”

“Three years ago Chattanooga Closet Company remodeled three closets in my new home. The suggested closet layout was designed based on my needs and the space itself. I don’t say this often but the end product is perfect! Recently, I wanted to add a shelf to one of the existing closets. I popped by and to my surprise they had one on hand! I thought I was going to wait weeks for it to be manufactured, but low and behold within 10 minutes I was out the door with my new shelf! Once again Chattanooga Closet Company exceeded my expectations! If you need a closet remodel don’t waste your time looking around. Chattanooga Closet Company is THE BEST in town!”

“Excellent from start to finish! Great help with design, installation was super quick and done with obvious skill by a great team of guys who were on time! I could not have expected more. It looked so great I was reluctant to actually put anything in it!”

“We did 5 projects with Rachel at Chattanooga Closet and each experience was the best. She was creative when I needed her to be and listened when I told her I wanted something specific. The installers were professional and on time. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“We absolutely love our master closet and laundry room since we had Rachel create this make over. Rachel took these two closets and made them serviceable and pretty. She even matched perfectly to an existing set of cabinets. Rachel and both installers were wonderful to work with. Thank you all so much for making this experience a pleasant one.”

“Chattanooga Closets does a phenomenal job! The process was so smooth to design exactly what we wanted and got in our space. The install was the best experience we’ve ever had with work done in our home. They were face, neat, and made sure it was done properly. The even made sure everything was perfectly clean before leaving.”

“Chattanooga Closet is no doubt one of the BEST contractors we have ever used. Sharon, the designer, worked with us for several hours giving invaluable information and ideas for creating our walk-in closet. The materials and installers arrived promptly when we were told they would and the installation was flawless. After two months the only "flaw" we discovered was that one of the drawer operators was not closing completely. We reported it to Sharon and it was repaired THAT SAME DAY. This closet has added a wonderful feature to our house and we are 100% happy with it. We would gladly recommend Chattanooga Closet to anyone.”

“We needed organization for our Choir Room closet at church. Knowing the great reputation of Chattanooga Closet Co, we called. From initial inquiry to installation, everything we experienced was professional, accommodating, friendly, and downright fun. “We have used Chattanooga Closet Co. in 2 different homes and can't say enough about how pleased we have always been! The professionalism is outstanding! Kim did our first house and made those small closets a work of art! The cabinets in the garage made this Kindergarten teacher very organized! Rachel has done my pantry in our new house and has plans for our master closet, garage, and laundry room! I can't wait! I have never been pressured to do anything that I didn't want. THANK YOU!!!”
