Organized Home Innovations

Organized Home Innovations handles cabinet projects and storage work from Cibolo, TX, with a reach into San Antonio, Austin, New Braunfels, Boerne and nearby spots. The company lists kitchen and bathroom cabinets, garage cabinets, custom closets, overhead storage racks in many sizes, floor coatings such as epoxy and polyaspartic options, plus motorized attic lifts. Sal shows up in customer accounts as the main contact who lines up the crews for these installs.

Homeowners describe Sal and the crew resurfacing garage floors that came out looking solid after the job. Others had overhead storage racks added along with custom benches, utility walls and cabinets in the garage. One account covered a patio floor and two racks where the crew returned later to smooth out debris damage at no added charge. Another job left two storage shelves in place but left hooks unpaid for and undelivered.

Sal gets credit in some cases for answering quickly and sending progress photos while the work moved along. Quotes held steady on price and the team showed up on schedule for those jobs. Other customers report the opposite with calls left unanswered, appointments missed and repeated excuses when trying to reach the shop. The service covers the listed cities around San Antonio with no set hours posted.

Google shows a 3.7 rating from 7 reviews. The same points surface again and again: floor coatings and rack installs earn praise when the crew finishes, yet communication gaps and follow-up problems drag down other experiences. DIRT Score 2 from 7 reviews on Finds.

“Sal and his team did a fantastic job resurfacing our garage floors. They were communicative, on time and sent photos of their progress, but most of all they were absolute professionals. The floors look amazing! I will be definitely be using them again, for future projects.”

“Sal was amazing to work with. Responded right away. Great product. Met all expectations. We did overhead storage racks, custom bench and cabinets and utility wall in garage. Highly recommend”

“These guys did an excellent job. We had our garage floor, patio floor, and two overhead storage racks installed. The price came in as quoted and they even upgraded my flooring because they mistakenly left some materials back at the shop during the day of installation. Sal was very responsive and timely in communications. Finally, Sal stands by their work. Our back patio is exposed to the elements and the floor, unfortunately, got some debris from a nearby tree. Sal had his guys come back to smooth it out at no cost.”

“They put up two garage storage shelves back in July. I also bought and paid for two sets of storage hooks that I have not gotten. I’ve called Sal several times but to no avail.”

“Poor communication. No show for scheduled appointments. Doesn't return calls. Full of excuses.”

“gave him a generous 2 star, but I would never call this company again. Trained by the Helle Keller school of maintenance.”
