Garaginization of San Antonio

Garaginization of San Antonio handles cabinet work and garage organization from their Converse location in Texas. They supply and fit high-capacity storage cabinets along with flooring and overhead racks across the San Antonio metroplex. The business has operated since 2008 and stands behind its products with a lifetime warranty. Local owners run the outfit from the address at 9010 FM1976 Suite 402.

Homeowners bring them in for new garage cabinet sets, overhead rack systems with electric lifts, wall shelving, and floor coatings. Jeremy usually handles the first visit to measure and lay out choices on cabinets or racks. Denver shows up for most installs and puts in the cabinets, brackets, and ceiling units. Amy takes care of the scheduling after the estimate. Crews named Rodolpho, Rudy, and others finish the work on shelving and flooring. A few customers reported a coated floor that started chipping within a year and trouble getting the company to return for warranty fixes after their San Antonio spot closed.

They answer calls fast and often book an estimate for the next day or two. Installs follow within days once the order is set. Reviewers note the crews keep the work area clean, finish on the promised schedule, and charge prices that beat big-box options for the same strength. The company covers the full metro area from the Converse base and stays open for normal business hours.

Most feedback highlights solid product strength and quick installs by the named crew members, though a couple of reviews mention delays on repair calls. DIRT Score 4.2 from reviews on Finds.

“We had our garage floors professionally coated last year, and the flooring began chipping shortly afterward. Despite being under warranty, getting the company to address the issue has been incredibly frustrating. We initially contacted them months ago and were informed that their San Antonio location had closed. Although they acknowledged the issue and agreed to complete the repairs, they have repeatedly failed to coordinate a time to do so. After numerous follow-ups, communication has now stopped entirely. Meanwhile, the flooring continues to deteriorate. A warranty means very little if a company refuses to honor it. Extremely disappointing experience, both in the quality of the work and the lack of customer service and accountability.”

“Fantastic company. Everything went smoothly. Customer service is excellent. Jeremy came out to do the estimate and he explained all the options for our garage. We had a new floor installed, cabinets, and overhead storage (electric lift), all made with quality materials. The install was scheduled in a timely manner. Our install team of David, Britt, and Denver were professional and proficient. We are extremely happy with the final results.”

“Just want to say that the entire Garaginization team of (Deidre, Amy and Denver who did (Safe racks) plus Rodolpho and Rudy our installers, from start to finish did an amazing job. Al Mesa, LTC (Ret.)”

“Outstanding products and service! I called and had an install appointment the next day and the installer, Denver, was able to come early. The overhead racks and single wall brackets are very sturdy and work perfectly for organizing all of your boxes and tools. From the office reps to the installer, Garagizination has impressed me with their service, quality, and very competitive pricing. I highly recommend them! Thanks for the great install Denver!”

“We needed to improve our garage storage situation. I reached out to Garaginization and Amy reached out with initial quotes and set up an estimate appointment to ensure I had exactly what I needed. Jeremy came out to do the estimate and he explained all the options I had and more. Within 2 days I had my install appointment and Denver was my installer. Denver did an amazing job installing my overhead and wall shelf system. I am extremely happy with the the whole experience and I highly recommend you use this company for your storage system needs.”

“Great experience starting with my salesman Jeremy through installation by Denver. I looked at cabinets from the big box stores but they were flimsy with no warranty and no parts available. These cabinets were a bit more expensive but 10 times better and so worth the extra cost—when you consider they are delivered and installed, hands down no reason not to get these beautiful and premium cabinets. Jeremy answered countless questions from me. Denver was prompt and efficient!”

“I am extremely pleased with my Signature Series Silver Cabinets that Denver installed in our garage. They look great and he did an outstanding job on the installation. All of the team at Garaginization were amazing. They exceeded my expectations... Thank you Hunter, Angie, Korie and Denver for transforming my garage into a very functional and great looking work center! I will enjoy this addition for many years to come...”

“Jeremy, Amy and Denver made the whole process seamless. Jeremy, the Sales Associate, was prompt, professional and honest. Amy made scheduling a breeze. Denver showed up right on time and completed the installation fairly quickly yet thoroughly. Highly recommend this company for anyone wanting a quality product to organize their garage.”

“We needed help after downsizing and had only one garage bay into which to fit everything. Denver visited the house within a few days of making contact. He helped us understand the options for the space we had and made recommendations on what would work best. The entire process from design to order placement to installation went extremely well - no surprises and everything on time as promised. Denver was also the installer and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Garaginization for any organization job you need.”

“Would highly recommend Garaginization for you garage organizing project. We love what they did for our garage. Jeremy, Amy and Denver were great to work with. They were a big help with design and install. Thanks for the great job!”

“I had a great experience with Garaginization! Great customer service and I'd highly recommend them to my friends and family. I initially dealt with Jeremy over the phone as he answered all my garage and ceiling rack questions. Once I say the price quote, I was very pleased!! Amy Fleming then took over and did all the installation scheduling and helped me find exactly what I wanted my garage floor and ceiling racks to look like. The flooring process took two days and the installers, Rodolpho and Rudy, were true professional. Austin, I hope my memory serves me correct and that's his name, installed the ceiling racks and I have to say, my garage looks beautiful/brand new!! What an amazing transformation. I wish I had taken before and after photos to share but I didn't. Thank you Garaginization!! Thank you, Jeremy, Amy, Rodolpho, Rudy and Austin. Job well done!!”

“After seeing our neighbor’s professional garage install we were suffering from extreme “garage envy”. So we called who they used ( Garaginization of San Antonio) and soon were planning our dream garage. Every step of the process was so easy. From our first meeting with Jeremy, the follow up and scheduling with Amy, to our awesome installer Denver! In addition to the garage we also created a workspace in my husband’s “man cave”. He is very happy with the outcome and can’t wait to get started on some new projects. Everyone we dealt with was so professional. All commitments were fulfilled on time and in budget. And the quality of the product is top notch! Happy customers here !”

“I recently had monkey bar storage shelving installed in my garage, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product! It’s made a tremendous difference with organizing my garage. I can’t get over how well built the shelving is and the weight capacity it can handle. Their installer Denver is awesome and did an amazing job. He was very mindful of keeping the area clean, which I really appreciated. In addition, Korie goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I would highly recommend their products and services!”

“Jeremy Martin came by to give me a quote on their ceiling storage units and he was very informative and helpful when going over the items that fit our needs. The crew came by just a few weeks later and did a great job with the installation. Highly recommend!”

“A real pleasure. Jeremy was knowledgeable and professional at the evaluation visit, Amy was great at scheduling everything, and our installer Denver was prompt and skilled, knew exactly what to do, and did it all in under three hours. We are more than pleased, and recommend this company unconditionally. -- Ray and Gretchen Cestero, San Antonio TX”

“Awesome Job by Denver. He arrived, was super friendly and asked questions to ensure everything was done right. He asked where certain things would be placed to ensure it was done right. He even made recommendations based on his experience from past customers. He was neat and took his time to ensure everything was built right and functioned perfectly. At the completion of his work, he cleaned all the newly installed shelves and table. He swept the garage and used a blower to ensure all the sawdust was picked up. I highly recommend using garaginization in San Antonio Denver made sure the job was done right and customer satisfaction was his top priority.”

“I definitely recommend Garaginization for any garage storage/organization needs. Garaginization was one of three companies I found during my online search. One company never called or contacted me, one called me and did an over the phone "estimate". Only Garaginization contacted me and scheduled an in person design/estimate appointment. From scheduling to design to installation Amy, Jeremy and Denver were all very professional and knowledgeable and answered each and every question I had for them. The entire process was user-friendly. The installation was very efficient and was completed in only a few hours. I am very satisfied with the finished product, which has not only added valuable space to my garage, but enabled the added space to be clutter free and organized. I highly recommend Garaginization for your garage organization needs.”

“Jeremy came out next day after I submitted an online request and took meticulous notes and measurements. That evening I received 3D renderings of the plans for our project. If you have a project that needs storage solutions, don’t hesitate to reach out here; their customer service is top notch!”

“I went online and submitted the inquiry form to have overhead garage shelves installed. I received a call for an appointment a few days later. The gentleman who was supposed to show up for my 11 o’clock appointment informed me an hour before my appointment that he was on a job that was running a bit behind. I understand that. He said he would be late or that we could schedule for another time. In my mind I’m trying to be understanding because so I asked him if later in the day would work or if we needed another day altogether. he said that he could come later in the day which happens to be at 5 PM so we both agreed. I waited for him to arrive that day at 5 PM which he said that he was having some kind of vehicle issues and he showed up. He seemed to be in a bit of a rush and unprepared, he said he had forgotten his flyers. He had forgotten his measuring tape he didn’t have anything. He used our measuring tape, but I’m not really sure what he was doing because he kept saying that the install guy is going to come and know exactly what to do . He said that he would be sending a estimate over via email. Well has been quite a while days in fact and no email. No follow up call no nothin”

“They were on time, worked very efficient and explained how the system best works. They never tried to over sell and best of all left my garage spotless. The product appears to be a lot more sturdier than anything you will find at either Home Depot or Lowe's plus the cost was very reasonable for what we received. Extremely satisfied and my garage has never looked so well organized. Thank you.”
