“Adrian was great to meet in the beginning. Was very involved in coordinating the an aircraft woodwork project. Provided a clear proposal for the work to be performed. It was a strip and refinish job meaning remove previous clear finish and build up the new clearcoat. The reason for this strip and refinish was to remove cracks that accumulated during the woodwork usage. Adrian agreed to the project on a the budget available for it. The project was given a turnaround of 4 weeks and Adrian requested an additional 2 weeks a day before the job was supposed to be completed. NO warning of needing more time to complete the project. I repeatedly requested photos of work processes and he told me he would but never did. The agreement was a 50% deposit to begin which i provided then a final payment at completion and delivery. Then he changed the terms by extorting a progress payment or the job would not be delivered. The job was already behind schedule so I agreed send another payment. Then when the job was delivered NONE of the original clearcoat cracks were removed. He performed a woodwork process known as a "scuff and buff" where the only surface is lightly sanded then sprayed lightly with”
