“Okay, I have been meaning to write this review for months and finally got around to it (pregnancy brain 🫠🤣)! My husband and I had our closets redone by Tailored Closet of NW Houston a few months ago and we could not be happier! Hayley was amazing to work with and the process from start to finish was SEAMLESS. I had a difficult time explaining what I wanted and I swear Hayley is a mind reader hehe. It was also super helpful to be provided with a 3D rendering before they started working and the closets came out so GORGEOUS & FUNCTIONAL. The workers completed the job so quickly and we cannot recommend them enough. 10/10, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!”

Hayley came out for our consultation and was extremely professional and kind. She walked me through the design process, showed me samples and was able to show me a 3-D rendering of the project, which was extremely helpful. On installation day, Thomas was our installer and he did an amazing job! He was punctual, professional, and completed the job within just a few hours. Sometimes working with contractors can be frustrating, but the entire experience with The Tailored Closet was five stars.”

“Amazing, fast & Perfect! We had our primary closet done and it’s more than we could have dreamed. We decided to not go with all the bells & whistles since this isn’t our forever home but we’re thrilled with the outcome! Sooo beautiful and functional!”

“My experience with The Tailored Closet was phenomenal from start to finish. The consult was informative, and the design process was a breeze. The hardest part was just choosing from all the fabulous choices they offer. The installers Thomas and Soloman were great, and gave me a white glove experience. I appreciated at the end of the days work how clean they left the areas. The transformation of my laundry room and closet gave me so many emotions of happiness and relief. I will now feel like those areas are functional, and not be overwhelmed like I did before. This was a long waited project that I wanted to do. It was definitely worth the wait! I will definitely recommend The Tailored Closet to everyone, and will use them on future projects.”

“We couldn’t be happier with our custom mudroom installation! From the initial design to the final install, the entire process was smooth and professional. The craftsmanship is excellent—every detail feels well thought out and high quality. The team was punctual, clean, and respectful of our home, and they communicated clearly every step of the way. Our mudroom is now both beautiful and incredibly functional, and it has completely transformed the space. Highly recommend to anyone looking for custom work done right!”

““The Tailored Closet was a pleasure to use. We had them redesign three closets, including our master bedroom closet, as well as create a build out in the study that gave us a desk for our computer and a credenza with open shelving and closed cabinets above it. During the initial walk-through and design phase, Hayley explained everything clearly — what works, what doesn’t, and what to expect. She incorporated all the design changes we requested and worked closely with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. They constructed everything at their shop before installation. On the first day of installation, they removed the old closet components and prepared the spaces for the new build. They were very efficient and cleaned up as they worked. Over the next two days, they completed the construction of our closets and study. Everything looks great, and we’re very happy with the results. We now have the extra storage we needed and a beautiful study. We highly recommend The Tailored Closet and Haley for any closet renovations or custom space build outs. Thanks, Hayley!””

They showed up exactly on time, and did an exceptional job removing our older closet and installing the new one. We are beyond thrilled with the final product, and would highly recommend this company.”

“Hayley is amazing!!!! I love the design of my new closet. It’s so beautiful!! Also, her installers (Thomas & Salomon) do a wonderful job with installation and I could not be happier!! Thank you again for everything..”

“Horrible customer service, horrible communication. Whoever worked with us did not want to answer any question . She has the biggest attitude . Everytime i would approach her for some edits or changes she will have the same useless answer . They send you the proposal they expect you to sign pay and shut up . We are talking about 9K project . Never again! Her answers to any questing shelves are adjustable these are standards!!!!! We are custom making closets so nothing is standard here . She block and delete the loom video because she suspected that we have charged it with people “conspiracy theorist” without even informing us that the link is blocked .”

“We are so happy with our closet! It was a great experience all around. Hailey was fantastic and Thomas did a great job on the install! We would definitely work with Tailored Closets again!”
