“I highly recommend GRS Pros. We had our 40 yr. old bathroom remodeled and it is now beautiful. They took it down to the studs and not only fixed the the mistakes the builder made, but reinforced the flooring, walls & ceiling. They took out the tub & created a beautiful walk-in shower with a bench. Also made sure the shower was completely water proof. We love the work they did. The team was very knowledgeable & professional. Wish I could give them 10 stars. Jeanette Goodnight”

“GRS is top notch. I worked with Caleb and Jason. They were responsive and helpful when we had a kitchen island flood. The crews that came to the house were responsive and very competent. They kept us informed the whole time about what they were doing and got their portions of the project done very quickly. They were very respectful of the house and kept the mess contained and from infiltrating all of the rest of the kitchen and cleaned everything great once finished. The final product looked better than the original install. I would recommend them to any one needing their services.”

“This team was amazing. They have exceptional customer service skills. I worked with Braden and Matt. They explain everything to you and take the time to make sure you understand. Very rarely do you get this type of Customer Service anymore? They came out to my house after water leaked behind the wall. They took extreme precaution, even sectioning off the area that they are working on with plastic to protect the client in case of mold spores. I would highly recommend this company. “Absolute amazing experience! Braden, Matt and Nate were by far the most professional and polite contractors I have ever experienced. We were having issues with water leaking somewhere in our house from the ceiling down to the trim and they were quickly able to determine the leak was from the roof. They removed all sheet rock and trim that were soaked, sanded down all wood, and removed all mold growth. The kept everything very clean and removed their shoes every time they entered the house. I very highly recommend their work. If I ever have any other restoration needs in the future I will be contacting them.”

“Our brand new home flooded during one of the recent storms due to poor masonry work. Caleb came out so quickly to check everything out. He assured me that although it seemed like a really terrible situation, it wasn’t actually that bad, and he would fix everything. He made me feel so much better. He sent a team out to get everything started and even stopped by himself to check on things. Darnell and Vashun were very polite and professional and did a great job fixing the damage and getting our house dried out as well as testing the water issue we had to ensure it had been corrected. “GRS was hired by our builder to remediate some damage from a bathroom leak and I must say, they have been by far the best contractor we have interacted with. Braden was incredibly professional. Braden remediated the water damage and made sure to leave the space even cleaner than he found it. After a year of working with contractors I was shocked. Even after that he went above and beyond and actually found the source of our leak where the plumber had failed to do so. While I hope to never need Braden and GRS's services again they will be the first call I make if I do.”
