After recently relocating to Hot Springs, I struggled to find a local company willing to take on my custom order. Twin Oaks didn’t hesitate—they came through when no one else would. Their craftsmanship is second to none, and the quality of their work is exactly why I didn’t think twice about driving five hours to pick up my cabinets. “**STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY** General Contractor here who used to use Twin Oaks religiously while they had different staff working there. I never made a dime off of referring them to my clientele, they just made some excellent and affordable cabinets. Since my contact left I have done two projects with them, one of which was for my own brother. The quality of the cabinets, service, and installation is absolutely abysmal now. The cabinets are fabricated and installed very haphazardly. Paint grade cabinets are no longer paint ready without a massive amount of sanding. Boxes and paneling are completely misaligned everywhere, they operated outside of the agreed-upon plans. It's insane. They even mis-sized the cutout for his oven, which was available for them to measure, but they said their "appliance guy" would look up the model number. Once again I had to take up the slack and patch-in material to make it a good fit. Throughout the whole process they were dismissive and rude. I honestly can't recommend against them enough. I am bummed that I have to move onto another company after the experience with Twin Oaks has gone to pot. Pics included are how they feel comfortable leaving”

Casey was on time for our appointment, drafted everything quickly and had us on the schedule for building and installing custom kitchen cabinets in a matter of days! They were quick to install and any questions or concerns were addressed immediately! We couldn’t be happier! The prices are the best we found in DFW! “We recently built a new home and had already chosen a cabinet maker.. however our painters suggested we give Twin Oaks Cabinetry a call just to compare. Well let me tell you… I’m so glad we did!! First. Casey( the owner) took time to personally talk with me about my job and gave me excellent advice and suggestions. He walked me through the design process and gave me a better idea of what I was getting than the other company. I was so impressed with how friendly, accommodating they were as I had to change things. His wife Trisa works the front office and is equally as wonderful! The whole process was a breeze!! The communication was awesome and the product is outstanding!!! I cannot say enough good things about this company! If you want an amazing product for a great price with amazing reliable customer service you can NOT go wrong with Twin Oaks!!!! They are the only one I will ever recommend!”

“I purchased cabinets from them via my first contractor. I had to constantly reach out to Twin Oaks to get them to deliver and install the cabinets I paid for. I even drove out one time to get some of the cabinets myself. When the day of installation came I asked them to drop off the bathroom cabinets (as my general contractor would complete the installation) and to complete the creation/installation of my kitchen island. They did not attach the cabinet doors, installed the wrong wheels on my movable island, and didn't bring all of the hinges/hardware. When I called and asked why they left my kitchen island incomplete they claimed it's because it needed to get painted and that they would be back the following week to complete the work (and bring the materials) I already paid for. Needless to say they never came back and my general contractor finished completing it. If your contractor subcontracts to Twin Oaks then I would recommend you asking for a different custom cabinetry company.”

From measure, fabricate and install 5 star. The quality of the cabinets are superb, I choose the paint grade, but to me it looks like it could be stain grade. Thank you guys.”

“Twin Oaks was contracted by my GC to build new cabinets for my renovation, so I took some time to truly think if I wanted to leave a one-star review. What I wanted in a nutshell: 1) Cabinets to the ceiling, and; 2) An efficient use of space and storage for my small 10x10 kitchen. The first (and mainly ONLY) words out of the builder's mouth was "no." "No you can't have that, no this is impossible, no this can't be done, no, no, no, no." This became a theme. I worked a little bit with a designer, and if not for her, I’m not even certain WHAT type of cabinets I would have ended up with. But technically, with a custom cabinet shop, I should not have needed a designer, right? They’re custom! Communication: It would take weeks to receive a new draft of the simplest changes. The drafts were difficult to read and never explained in any detail. Twin Oaks didn’t want to explain things…they didn’t want to offer options. At times the builder acted so inconvenienced with constant eye rolls, deep sighs, physical signs of obvious impatience. He was rude to me, to other managers from other companies who were at my house at the same time. The main installer was also rude and would just walk in m”

“I cannot adequately describe how much we LOVE our new cabinets! We had 5 cabinet makers from the Pilot Point area come to our home for a quote. All were nice and all were professional, but they in the end were *thousands* above the price that Twin Oaks quoted—AND we still got a beautiful, quality kitchen. Let me tell you about quality--omgosh--crown moulding, soft-close drawers and doors--all STANDARD! And for such a great price!--you can't go wrong. We worked with David Smithart who was lovely to work with. He listened to our dreams, and made them reality. Friends have commented both in person and online (where I posted pics I was so happy) have all said they look GREAT. We have other cabinet needs/wishes in our home, and we will *DEFINITELY* be working with Twin Oaks again! 😊”
