“I can’t say enough good things about my entire experience. Christine, our designer, was amazing. We found out we had a similar background and bonded. She had some fabulous ideas for what could be done with our pantry and her favorite was what we went with and I couldn’t be happier. She really knows what would not only look good but what would be the most functional and beneficial. Amy, my assigned client service manager, was fantastic. She got me set up with demo and install really quick and was there for me for any questions I may have had. Very glad to have her as a resource through this process. And our installer, Justin, was phenomenal. He left every part of my house that he happened to touch cleaner than before he came. His attention to detail was impressive and his craftsmanship was superb. There are additional projects we would like to get done in our house and we will absolutely be returning to Dallas Custom Closets and I will be requesting to work with the same team!”

“My closet installation was just completed on 03/24/26 and I must say that Brandin incredible. He is extremely sharp when it comes to construction, last minute modifications and connecting with the client. He is an incredibly hardworking person and did not approach any project setbacks as impossible to solve. In fact and Jason paused to hear my frustration and each time Brandin said “I understand and I know how you feel.” Followed by “ok I understand your vision and I think I know what you want. Let me built it partially and you come back and tell me if I’m on the right track. If you don’t like it I’ll stay until we get it to where you do. This is your space and we’re here to make you happy with it.” Those guys worked almost a 12 hour shift in my closet but only because they were cutting onsite to get it right for me. They never once complained or got upset. They actually kept me from getting too worked up about things. They’re the consummate professionals any client would love to work with. The entire team at Dallas Custom closet is great and professional. Starting from designer Christine, front office Angi, installation project manager Kid and installation crew including Brandin. They were really great on all the steps along the way. They took their time to make sure right items were ordered and the installation was done correctly. Again, I would highly recommend anyone wanting to get their master closet done. No compromise in the quality of items and service. “The person who came out to design our closet did an amazing job listening to what our needs were. It went downhill from there, we had to wait 2 months for an appointment. When they finally came to complete the closet, the builders did not have all of the supplies(not their fault, whoever ordered messed up), so I had to make another appointment which was going to be another 3 weeks, after I made a stink they magically came up with an appointment the following week. When they arrived the second time originally scheduled for 10:30a, they arrived at 5:30p they still were missing parts. So we had to reschedule a 3rd time. They came back the 3rd time? Yet again parts missing, but he ran to the shop to get those parts. We requested a lock on the drawer but that was not installed. I just said forget the lock I was not going to reschedule again. They did a great job on designing and building, but if you are looking for it done quickly ( 2 months or less), they are not the company for you.”
