“I genuinely had such a great experience shopping at Target today. JT, the front store manager, greeted me so warmly and even remembered me by name. He said, “Hello, Anna,” and it honestly made me so happy. I walked away smiling and in such a good mood that I ended up browsing around for random things I probably didn’t even need! Then I remembered I needed a phone charger and went over to electronics, where I was helped by the sweetest young lady with the pretty glasses. I wish I could remember her name because she absolutely deserves a shoutout too. She was so patient, welcoming, knowledgeable, and just genuinely wonderful to interact with. She was excellent at her job and made the whole experience even better. JT and the young lady in electronics really made my Target trip feel special today. Great customer service still makes such a difference!”

“Nice store. Typically clean and orderly. I'd like to see more checkout lanes open though. Sometimes it's too long of a wait to checkout. Also, why is the self-serve food/snck stand never open? Its stocked with drinks and snacks but the register is always closed or out of order.”

“I have been doing Target drive up and Walmart pickup for years and never had such a rude experience. I wish I had caught her name but it was 9/29/26 a younger women with long brown hair. The lady comes up to my car doesn't say hi or anything. Just says you need to give us more notice when picking up your order. I explained to her that I had to run into the store to get something that I forgot. I'm sure that happens all the time as well as other problems like the app not working which has happened as well. She said well it reflects on us and you had 10 bags and 0 minutes. She proceeds to put my bags in the trunk without saying a word, then leaves and doesn't close the trunk or say anything. The whole point of the quota they're trying to meet is that the customer doesn't have to wait long so that they are happy. I did not leave happy at all and I've had many times where they have put in my order as picked up while I still waited in the car for 10 more minutes because they were trying to meet this quota.”

“Mike in Electronics at Target went above and beyond for us and absolutely deserves recognition. He helped make sure we received our order an entire day sooner, and honestly, without his help, I’m not even sure we would have gotten it at all. On top of that, he also took the time to make sure our Buy One Get One Free deal was honored correctly, which ended up saving us around $80. None of that was something he had to do, but he still chose to help and made the whole experience so much less stressful. It’s rare to come across employees who genuinely care enough to put in that kind of effort. Mike was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. We truly appreciated everything he did for us.”

“This review is specifically about an experience from last night; however similar to nearly every other time I've been to this location. We visited this Target around 9pm last night (Thursday) and the self check out line had about 20-30 people in and was not moving. There was 1 other register open. We ended up not getting what we came in for because it seemed we'd be in line for at least 30 minutes. No staff person seemed to be doing anything about it. Curious to know if this is due to poor staff scheduling, staff not showing up for work, bad checkout planning overall etc., but this is no way to run a business.”

“Went to this target today and tried to get help with a very rude lady name Stephanie with an accent , the worst experience I have ever had at target. “It’s always way too crowded with unorganized product, things out of boxes or on the floor, kiosks in the middle of every single aisle, the parking lot is an unorganized mad house, and feels like it’s 100 degrees in there. I love target so much but I’d rather drive further and go to a different one than ever bother coming to this one.”

My husband and I both tried calling for 45 mins in every single department and couldn’t get a single person to answer the phone. Not even in the pharmacy. If I could give zero stars I would. “The bathrooms at this place are I would say almost a hazard. I go here on multiple occasions and try to avoid the restroom at this location but being as pregnant as I am I had to go. And there was poop on the seats toilet paper all in the floor in all stalls and blood on one toilet. And it’s always nasty like that like whyyyy.”

“We came in to check out the bath and bed sections. They were well stocked and had a variety of products. This target was very organized and very clean. We were able to get the majority what we were looking for. The bathrooms were clean and maintained nicely. The gentleman at the checkout counter was very friendly.”

“I have always preferred shopping at this Target and found it to be a pleasant environment to shop. I bought my laptop and several LG TVs along with numerous other items at this location since moving back to this area in 2018. I even commented to my wife on the way inside today that I would like to at some point buy a LG TV to donate to the church. I went in to pick up a couple of little cases to store trading cards. Each box holds 200 trading cards and I thought three would be sufficient. I stood in a long line until it was my time to pay. The lady at the cash register then informs me that I was only allow to purchase just one storage box. I told her that is insane and that I could understand if someone was trying to wipe out an entire shelf but I was just only wanting three. She even suggested that maybe I bought some earlier today. I haven't even been inside Target in a few months. I will not be back again. I can easily find a couple of more storage boxes online at Amazon or a new TV at Best Buy. Have fun playing games with your other customers.”
