“I'm really glad I found Western Custom Cabinetry. They worked really quickly to get my custom kitchen and master bathroom vanity done exactly how I wanted them for a really competitive price. There were a couple of things that weren't totally perfect that they fixed in record timing. I would suggest making sure they have their own person come measure, or working with someone that can draw exact measurements. Our drawings were off which caused issues - not their fault, but still a giant pain.”

“My kitchen took over a year to complete. Cabinets arrived damaged. The owner insisted on hanging them anyway. We had to take things back down to have them fixed/replaced. One cabinet arrived in the wrong color, one the wrong size. The dishwasher panel was the wrong measurement. They replaced it for free but made me pay to have it uninstalled/reinstalled. Whatever you do, DO NOT pay in full when you get your cabinets until you have checked them over carefully. Once they have your money they do not come back. Ive tried to purchase an extra shelf and have a piece repainted that my contractor damaged. They answered the calls but that was it. I had to go elsewhere. My paint job was a mess. The paint had grit in it and the high gloss was foggy in spots. They also damaged my hard wood floors and front door. The owner fought hard not to pay for the floor repairs. He consistently assured me every thing was fine the way it was. I had been warned by a designer not to use them and didn't listen. I regretted it.
