“Our doors are 13 years old. Some in high traffic areas were worn out but it was impossible to match the stain to the rest. Mr. James came personally to our house to get measurements and gave us a quote for our cabinet doors and the color matching. The price was very reasonable for the quality of door. When the doors were delivered they match the rest of our existing doors perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Now I am asking Jkraft to help me an on more cabinets to our kitchen. “The worst service. We have called this company 3 times over the course of almost 4 weeks to get a quote on replacing side panels of cabinets they installed and paint touch ups. Every time we call, we are told the scheduling team will call us back and they can’t provide us with the number. Still waiting to hear back. We are listing our house for sale next week so will be going with another option that is responsive. It shouldn’t be so hard to schedule someone coming out for a quote.”

“A nightmare experience that never seems to end. Unfortunately we did not have a choice in cabinet makers through our builder. In our 900k custom home, the one enduring blemish are the cabinets. They delivered them damaged, fixed with putty and touched up with flat paint. To top it off, they accused me of messing up the paint. They finally acknowledged they messed up when everyone in the neighborhood started complaining of the same issue. Yet again, I was left disappointed. They left drawers unable to open and several areas of flat, unfinished paint. And no one will call me back. Go figure. My advice, run. Do not put yourself through the stress of dealing with them!!”

“Huge shoutout to Jose Lopez. I am currently building some additional cabinets for a customer and needed mouldings to match their existing kitchen cabinets. I discovered the mouldings are custom made by J-Kraft so I went to their office to inquire about purchasing some. Jose took the time to look up exactly the trim needed (from 2012) and was able to locate some existing stock for me that I was able to purchase right then, when I thought it would be a week or two to have it made. Really saved the day for me and my customer.”

“Would you like to feel special? Not with this company. They made all the cabinets in our house cause they worked with house building company. There's nothing you can choose or change outside the design they already have. And i literally hate having same designed cabinets as all my neighbors. we wanted to have a built-in fridge ( with the cabinet door hanging in front of it so the fridge wouldn't stand out) and they couldn't do this simple thing as making an additional cabinet door. I called them 100 times they never picked up the phone. Do not recommend”

“My newly constructed Pelican home has J Kraft custom cabinets. I didn’t get to choose the cabinet maker but getting these painted cabinets and custom built-in shelves in the study to be presentable was a very painful and time-consuming process. If I could give zero or negative stars to JKraft, I would do so. JKraft came back four times before the builder agreed with me that the work ethic and attitudes of A, the supervisor and his crews were unacceptable. There is no pride taken by the workers in their work. If you like cabinets with deep gouges, splintered wood, no sanding, paint drips, and different colors of paint on the same set of cabinets, this is the cabinet company for you. If you want to spend hours waiting for the painters to come clear your punch list only to have to spend the night in a hotel because the painters showed up finally at 5 pm and filled your house with toxic paint fumes too strong to breathe, this is the cabinet maker for you. “Poor poor customer service! So disappointed in this company! Sad that home builders actually use them but I see that changing based on all the bad experiences I’ve also heard too from others. To sum up my experience I’ve been waiting three months for a replacement cabinet door. Took two months to “build”, Then the door was dropped and broke, then they brought the wrong color a month later. The office had no empathy and took no responsibility to the issues.”

“If I could give 0 I would!! Hate this company's work. Installed chipped cabinets for my new home then fixed it with putty and paint. We had no other choice since my builder uses this company. Trying to get someone out here for my cabinets since Jan 2019 no luck!! If you have options go with someone else.”

“Cabinets and drawers look great overall but they don’t glide in and out like normal. Some of the drawers are hard to pull out or hard to push in. When pushed in, they go in about halfway before it stops. When asked about that, they adjusted the tracks but it still produced the same problems. Their next solution was to make the drawers smaller which we opted not to do.”

“Worst quality ever! They damaged ALL the doors during installation. During the walk in visit, I had to tape every single corner and they didn’t repaint. The spots that they repainted is ridiculous badly done. A new building with all the cabinets scratched!”

“We have been cursed with these cabinets from our builder. 8 months and the paint is literally just coming off in spots. Almost as if the wood underneath had something on it when it was painted. Called for a warranty repair and we were told “that’s not covered” the guy literally said it before entering our kitchen! How do you know it’s not covered if you haven’t even looked at it?!”

“They used very cheap and poor material on cabinets installed in my new home. When issue was brought up about cabinets bubbling and chipping they claim it was bad maintenance. Cheap Material and poor quality cabinets.”

“If you have the option to choose who will make your cabinets do not choose this company, I bought a new house in tomball texas for @perryhomes a year ago and was disappointed with the installation, all the doors touch each other and now disappointed with the material they use is rotting, the clients are not at fault for the arrangements they make between the builder and contractors, I am still waiting for someone to answer here but it seems that they do not care as they do not care how they finish their work or the quality of the material they end up using, strongly disagree how these two companies are managed they do not have customer service, if you can avoid them do it”
