“Worst install experience ever. The guy knew little about installing cabinets. Used my paint sticks for shims and didn't say anything. Damaged one of the cabinet. Took 4 months to come fix it and then just covered up the issue and told my wife it was an upgrade. Never again.”

“Update - it took another 3 weeks to get my replacement, but it finally arrived and in good shape. Our cabinets are now complete despite the extra time. Everything below is on HQ and their manufacturing, packaging, QC, and shipping practices. We used them 15 years ago and everything was superb, not so today. Do not submit to their 100% paid up front - this violates standard business practice and good old-fashioned smart business. 50% should be paid at order, the balance after ALL items received in undamaged boxes. In Feb, I bought cabinets - took 3 weeks to receive - delivery fee was $250 and guys came in a rented Ryder truck (clearly outsourced to the cheapest people) - Delivery driver called saying, "we're on the way," I told them, "Great, I'm here - see you soon". - They went to our neighbor's house and delivered there - no one home but contactors, didn't bother to call asking where I was, didn't bother to simply check the address - just assumed it was right because o”

He was very knowledgeable about space needed for appliances and what was appropriate dimensions for effective use of space. He was clear about which finishes could be found in what door styles/cabinet options. “My cabinets arrived damaged. The installer said he had to stop installing upon discovering the damage. The store didn’t like me calling to confirm that they received pictures and descriptions of the damaged product. There was never an apology, the store salesman actually sighed repeatedly when I called him because he was so annoyed that I called. I should back up to mention that when I ordered these cabinets the gentlemen in the store weren’t polite and often condescending. But I liked the product/ style and the price was decent. Long story short, I still don’t have the damaged product replacement. Cabinets to Go said one drawer is out of stock. Will it ever be back in stock? I don’t know because no one will talk to me from the store. The installer has said until all the damaged products are in, they won’t come back to install. If you are going to order their product, beware that you will have no customer service support. Update: A shipment arrived. The cabinet installer had me open boxes and send him pictures. The damaged items weren’t replaced and he told me to contact customer service. Please remember I’m paying 2900 dollars to do all this checking, confirming and calling.”

“Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. We purchased some hardware from them last year and because our house was a newer build, we specifically asked to have them shipped to the store. They didn't and after 4 weeks they got lost in the mail. They said they were delivered but wouldn't provide a picture of the location. They did reorder them at no cost to us and took another 4 weeks to get them but we did get them. Fast forward to this year, we put cabinets in our laundry room and needed additional hardware. We didn't use cabinets to go for the cabinets because they messed up the original hardware order so badly (a 3k mistake on your part). The only reason we went back is because they were the only seller of the knobs we bought. We placed an order and never got the hardware again. After 2 months of back and forth, we finally got an answer that the hardware was discontinued and that they would refund our order. I am giving 2 stars because they did make the first order right after arguing with them and they did actually give us our money back on the 2nd order. However, the whole process was extremely harder than it needed to be and the customer service was not what we expected ”

“Beware … do not use them to build and install your cabinets. Their contractors lie and never show up. The men selling you the cabinets don’t care and seem incompetent to handle complaints. Ron didn’t care that I haven’t had a kitchen for 3 months nor did anything to help. Their contractor Dennis texts everyday saying he had a kidney stone, death in the family, sorry I text the wrong customer. Dennis doesn’t show up at all when I took days off of work when he says he will show up. They have cost more money for all the delays. Avoid this place.”
