“I absolutely loved working with Pepe and Karla from Epic Wood Work for my kitchen remodel. They were able to take my design wants and needs and execute it to perfection. I love love love how everything turned out. They were able to complete things very professionally and in 3 months with the holidays in between. They were very considerate of the house and took extra care with everything. They were accommodating for all of my spiraling decisions and able to reel me in to something that is perfection!”

“The team at Epic Wood Work was extremely professional and helpful with our bathroom remodel. Karla guided us through the entire process and came up with amazing design ideas. They worked hard to take care of all our requests and were amazing throughout the whole process. Their custom cabinets are extremely high quality and we look forward to using this crew again for our future remodeling needs!”

“Epic Wood brought my kitchen into the 21st century!!! Pepe and his incredible team worked closely with my wife and me during the entire process, offering valuable guidance on how to make the most of our space. The end result is a beautifully remodeled kitchen that feels super high-end — yet still affordable. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you Pepe, and thank you Epic Wood Work!”

“The gentlemen at Epic Wood Work did a stellar job with my kitchen cabinets. Beautiful workmanship and great customer service. From the design phase through to installation and fine-tuning, they were a pleasure to work with. Pepe, Ricardo, and Adrian are exemplary professionals; I highly recommend working with them!”

“Epic was definitely an EPIC experience in our home remodel. I actually called a friend who remodels, he could have easily let his company take the job. Instead, he recommended Pepe as the right person for us. Karla was an added bonus to help us make choices in decorating that fit our personality. My home turned out absolutely beautiful, but just as important was the experience we had throughout the process. Not only was the project done on time, but the team worked so wonderfully together. Being able to have the plumber, electrician and whole team working together and helping each other while obviously enjoying was nice. One of the best parts of the experience was that everyday the team cleaned up the mess and clutter and, when asked, made it possible that on the weekends we could roll up the plastic dividers and feel less like a construction site.”

“When choosing a team to help with a remodel, it can sometimes be daunting and difficult to know you’re choosing the right team. Luckily, we were able to find Pepe and Epic Wood Work. His team is communicative, reliable, and will do whatever it takes to get the job done on time and correctly. We had a tight timeline due to our wedding in early November and we wanted to have 60+ people over the day after. This only allowed for about a month from demo to completion, including taking out structural beams and needing an engineer to create a new support beam. They supported us through the whole process – giving us recommendations for where to pick tile, counters, appliances, hardware, etc. We could not be happier with how it turned out and that we were able to find people like Pepe and his team. Being able to have a team that you can rely on to the fullest means so much and the fact that their end product is beautiful, high quality, and well made just makes them the perfect team to go with! HIGHLY recommend using Pepe and his team at Epic Wood Work! I’ve added some after photos of our kitchen for reference. 😊”

“Second project with Pepe and the Epic Wood Work team and second amazing outcome. Very thankful for the creativity, guidance and execution. Thank you, Epic Wood Work team!”

“SUPER impressed with Pepe and his team! From the consultation to the finished product, it was obvious they care about their customers. They had our kitchen reno done within the timeline we needed and delivered on everything they promised. Pepe answered all our questions and responded in a timely manner. He worked within our budget and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. We would hire them again in a heartbeat and we LOVE our new kitchen!”

“Epic Wood made an amazing job on our kitchen remodeling project in Plano, Texas! The outstanding customer relations from Pepe and his team, keeping us updated on progress and advising but not pushing has made the renovation a pleasant experience. Their design and build expertise in Dallas metroplex area homes turned a not-that-big space into a beautiful, functional new kitchen with a white and champagne-bronze theme that feels both expansive and cozy. We are especially enjoying the kitchen peninsula design (that mitigated the lack of space for an island), that brings the family and friends together while cooking. It is worth mentioning the very high quality of the cabinets they build on their own facilities. Last but not least, the post-sale customer service is amazing: we had a small fix to do and they came the day after we called, solving the problem with no charge and happy faces :) This project has exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a top contractor in Dallas area to reach out to Epic Wood Work. Thank you Pepe, Karla and team!”

“We had the best experience with Karla and Pepe. Their years of experience really helped us figure out exactly what we wanted out of our space. They really excel at communication, which is such a bonus when remodeling. The entire crew is incredibly professional and respectful. As I type this, our requested/if possible deadline is a week away and they finished the project last week. It was such a great experience, from start to finish. We are just over the moon with the finished product. I don’t think we thought it could be this good. I highly recommend Epic Wood Work and we are looking forward to our next project together.”

“I recently hired Epic Woodworks to renovate my home and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and extremely skilled. They completed the job in a record time and with the best finishing quality. The communication from the beginning was excellent, with Pepe and Karla keeping me updated on the progress every step of the way. They listened to my ideas and concerns and provided expert advice to ensure the final result exceeded my expectations. The workmanship was impeccable and the attention to detail was impressive. They worked efficiently and always kept the worksite tidy and organized. The entire team was respectful of my home and my family's schedule, which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. The final result is breathtaking, and I cannot thank Pepe and his team enough for transforming my home into the space I have always dreamed of. I have already recommended them to several friends and family members and will continue to do so in the future. If you are looking for a reliable, professional, and skilled remodeling company, look no further than Epic Woodworks”

“I will Hands down recommend Epic Wood Work to anybody that needs a new project or renovation! I wanted my kitchen island bigger and a change in my countertops, Asap! Pepe and Karla made it happen! In about 3 weeks I had my HVAC unit re-routed, column demo, new cabinet, new countertops and backsplash beautifully done! This was a great experience, the crews that came in to do the work were organized and cleaned everyday after their daily work, not leaving my house a mess. I will definetely say that was one of my favorite parts. Once the kitchen was done, I just couldn't believe I was in the same house. Such a pleasant experience and great quality! Some before and after pics”

“We just completed a project with Pepe and his team and couldn't be more thrilled with the results! We wanted a GIANT wall of custom wardrobe plus shelving with some custom design details. They came in with a reasonable bid and executed our cabinets at shockingly high quality. Everything looks absolutely amazing. We had a small design issue that I wanted resolved, and he completely made it right for me. Pepe and team were highly conscious of my satisfaction with the project and made sure to execute on everything I requested. I have already recommended him to my friends and family, and I plan to send him some more project very soon!”

“Kitchen of our dreams and so much more!!! What started as a Kitchen renovation project blossomed into a larger, more cohesive vision for adjacent areas. Pepe and Karla brought the initial design ideas and inspiration while leaning on us for our style preferences. It was a great collaboration. Later, Walleska joined as PM and brought more design ideas/strategy and conscientous task execution. Construction has the potential for being so stressful but the entire Epic team are true pros that know how to handle the curveballs, listen very well and execute as promised! Epic Woodwork is like the unicorn of contractors....they have the design expertise and all the cabinet-making in house, manage all the disciplines extremely well, lead with integrity and execute as promised. Our expections were already high and managed to exceed them in a big way. Already thinking about what project we can do next!!! Pics to follow soon.....”

“Pepe made our dream kitchen a reality. Pepe and his team are easy to work with, trustworthy, and get the job done. Our kitchen project encountered unexpected challenges like issues with delayed delivery of kitchen appliances. Pepe worked though the tough challenges and completed the project on time. Before and after pictures of the kitchen along with this review should say it all.”

“If you are looking for someone who is reliable and trustworthy, Pepe, David and their crew is who you need to call. They came into our lives during a very trying time and saved the day well beyond expectations.”

“Epic Wood Work did an amazing job on our complete kitchen remodel. They are very professional, courteous, and provided us a complete turn key solution. We worked with their team on custom options and they delivered every time. We are extremely happy and grateful for their work. The job was completed ahead of schedule! Thank you to Karla, David, Pepe, and all of the Epic team!”

“If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! I have to admit I was dreading a kitchen renovation - I have a 30 year old house and so if I was going to renovate it would have to be everything all at one time. Additionally, I was afraid of what we would find when we starting tearing out cabinets to the studs and how a contractor would handle those curve balls. So I did a ton of research and had a handful of quotes. You never really know what you are going to get – but I ultimately landed on Epic because of the reviews and the ease of dealing with the owner Pepe. There were so many things I liked about working with Pepe and his Epic Wood Work team. First off – it was no pressure and no nickel and diming – the quote was the quote. Pepe also had a ton of great suggestions for upgrading the kitchen – new usb outlets, new sink, moving the island. I didn’t think any of the frills were necessary – and he never pushed or pressured. But quite frankly I eventually came to agree and I implemented every suggestion he had The craftsman are excellent – the cabinets are solid wood – excellent quality. The demo went great – even when we removed the soffits and found plumbing and gas lin”

“Pepe and his team delivered exactly what I wanted in our kitchen cabinets. He has great skills for design and he actually assists with building the cabinets, too. He helped select the countertop as well. I wasn't able to meet him to select granite for our kitchen counters and he did a video chat. Talk about going the extra mile. I was able to view and select the material without being there. He's easy to talk to, has a great customer service attitude, and open to suggestions. He lets you know if something won't work (think - certain materials in high humidity won't mix) and explains other options. Not many contractors look out for your best interest and budget. If you want great cabinets, built-ins, shelves, etc., Pepe's your guy. I'll use him again in the future.”

“We couldn't be happier with the remodeling services provided by Epic Woodwork. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for transforming spaces. Karla's communication throughout the process was outstanding, keeping us informed and reassured every step of the way. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and every detail was executed with precision and care. Whether it was redesigning our bathroom or refreshing the kitchen, the results were stunning and have truly elevated our home. If you're looking for a remodeling company that combines expertise, creativity, and reliability, look no further. We highly recommend them to anyone wanting to breathe new life into their space!”
