“Absolutely LOVE our new kitchen! We worked with Swanson Renovations on a full remodel, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. They were super easy to work with, always listened to what we wanted, and gave us great suggestions along the way. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are incredible, everything looks beautiful and feels so well done. So thankful for their professionalism and the way he, Chad Swanson, managed the whole project. “Swanson Renovations was exceptional to work with from the start to finish. We renovated 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. The job was completed on time and budget. It was also a bonus how clean they kept the job site throughout the renovation. The whole project was mapped out in advance so you knew who was coming which days, which is also very helpful! Will definitely use Swanson again!”

“I owned two houses in Texas. One in Keller were Swanson Renovations, LLC did a complete gut and redo on the master bathroom down to the studs. They did an excellent job. Chad has the capability to do CAD CAM images to show you the plan and help you make decisions. The 2nd house in NRHs we did a complete added on to the garage from scratch; as well as, installing wood floor in the dry areas of the house. Chad is very meticulous, he has great contractors and they all work well together. They are reliable and on time. He is very thorough with the details and follow through. There were never any surprises as the end.”

“I have used Swanson Renovations for two remodels at my home. First was the kitchen and master bedroom and then was the living room. From ideation to execution, Chad is a master at his craft! He took ideas/thoughts and turned them into reality at every turn. We recently sold the home Chad renovated for us, and we got top dollar in part because of the work that Chad performed!! I will continue to use Swanson Renovations in my new home as once you find quality, value and efficiency, you don't have to look any further!”

“Our neighborhood was devastated by the historic hail storm April 28, 2021. Our roof was badly damaged as were gutters etc. Roof leaks followed and damaged interior ceiling in the living room. Swanson Renovations remodeled this house just before we moved in so of course we called Chad again to replace the roof and make repairs. New gutters are being installed tomorrow. Swanson Renovations is always very high quality craftsmanship. Chad's easy going manner makes working with him a pleasure.”

“I cannot even express how wonderful it was to work with Swanson Renovations. We had a horrible water damage to our kitchen that had to be completely gutted. “We just completed a home renovation with Swanson Renovations and could not be happier. From a consultative design process, to a detailed project plan, to professional project management, Swanson exceeded our expectations. Chad provided valuable design options and repriced our remodel a number of times as we considered different options. Carter, our PM, put our mind at ease by addressing all issues promptly and going "above and beyond" to make our experience a positive one. We recommend Swanson Renovations without reservation.”

“Chad and Carter are an amazing team to work with, they're both extremely patient, responsive and great communicators too...!!! Initially the project scope was to "Remodel the Kitchen", but that kind of grew to include the "Utility Room", "Fireplace" as well as some features within the living room.. Below is a brief recap of the project: — Gut Kitchen, Utility Room, and Fireplace (stand-alone) — Modify kitchen layout & design — Additional register added to the kitchen — New custom cabinets, counter tops, lighting (recessed, pantry cabinets, under cabinet) — Zink, Faucet, R/O system — Oven exhaust vented out — New Fireplace with heater (w/blower) — Custom mantel — Customer floating shelf for the entrainment (with hidden storage) Listed below are a few points, I'd like to call out that impressed me: — The whole process is extremely transparent and well document to ensure no disconnects — They utilize an app called "BuilderTrend" to manage project activities (calendars), change orders, project photos, etc.. — Collaboration, they truly want to make sure you're happy with the finish product. For example, for the Mantel & Floating shelf, the team built out a portion of the finished p”

“I know Chad Swanson personally. I am a sub-contractor so I have been on several of his jobs. It is refreshing to see clean, safe, well managed projects. Their attention to detail is evident and the top notch craftsmanship is not only where the customer sees it but also in the places the customer will never see! A standard of excellence very few companies strive for these days. Definitely worth the difference! Take it from a pro that knows.”
