“I had a very disappointing experience with Hunter and this company. The wood flooring installation in my home was done poorly and ultimately had to be completely removed and redone by another company. We also entered into an agreement for Hunter to reimburse me for the costs related to the work. However, the agreed payments have not been made as promised, and a significant balance is still owed and he states he cannot afford to make payments to me. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I encourage anyone considering their services to look elsewhere in choosing a floor company.”
