DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen takes on cabinet jobs and full kitchen and bath remodels from their spot at 4602 34th St in Lubbock. Steve Betts runs the crew and works with Jade on the design side. The company handles cabinet refacing along with general contracting that covers flooring and interior changes across Lubbock and spots like Plainview, Buffalo Springs, Shallowater, Tahoka, Lockney, and Petersburg.

Homeowners call them for kitchen remodels where old cabinets get replaced or refaced and layouts get reworked for better flow. Bathroom jobs often involve new vanities and fixtures after the crew fixes outdated plumbing. Reviewers name Steve for the upfront planning talks and Jade for turning rough ideas into workable plans that match what people want. Crew members like Clovis, Matt, Brandon, Alan, and Kevan show up daily, keep the mess contained, and wrap projects ahead of the original dates while staying inside the quoted cost.

The outfit stays in touch from the first meeting through the last walkthrough and answers questions the same day. They protect floors and surfaces during the work, clean the site each afternoon, and coordinate any outside trades so the homeowner does not have to chase people. Jobs run on the schedule they lay out at the start and finish without extra charges unless the owner adds new items.

All the reviews give them top marks for steady communication, clean sites, and solid results that hold up. People note the same points again and again about the crew staying polite, finishing on time, and handling the details without cutting corners.

“The DreamMaker Team was excellent. They communicated, paid attention to detail, and were very pleasant. Each and every person encountered during this project was courteous and great to work with. They truly over delivered on our project and we look forward to working with them on all our upcoming projects”

“We highly recommend DreamMaker for a bathroom remodel. Our experience….from planning to finished product…was truly exceptional. After our first meeting with Steve we felt very confident in his many years of experience as a remodeling contractor and in every interaction throughout the process we found Steve easily accessible for communication and in answering any of our questions. We knew we needed someone with professional experience to help with the design and Jade is outstanding. Whether you have a specific vision of your ideal space OR NOT (!), Jade will guide you to ideas that are to YOUR taste. Her extensive experience and knowledge of the product lines makes what could be an overwhelming process of selecting design elements, completely manageable. Finally, the team of carpenters and subs were all very personable and respectful and, most importantly, did their work with the utmost care and to the highest quality standards. Our finished bathroom is beyond what we dreamed it could be!”

“We highly recommend the DreamMaker team for your renovation. We had them remodel our kitchen a few years ago and they did such a good job that we had them do our primary bathroom and then later our other bathrooms and utility room. The quality of their work was consistently outstanding. They kept us informed on the time line of the job and used effective floor and dust protection. The DreamMaker team and the subs used were all friendly and considerate. The also offered excellent design suggestions which improved everyone of our projects.”

“DreamMaker has been absolutely wonderful to work with on our renovation project. They did a fantastic job and every member of the team is kind and professional. We highly recommend them!”

“DREAMMAKER IS AWESOME!!! They were able to completely remodel my Master Bed & Bath in an older home with antiquated infrastructure. Everything is now modernized... and CLEAN. Dreammaker took care of all the small details that I forgot and even improved on what I had requested. I will definitely RECOMMEND calling Steve and Marchelle if you have "any" kind of remodeling project.”

“Steve, Kevan, and the Dreammaker team made our kitchen and bathroom ideas come to life. From start to finish, they were professional, clean, respectful of our space, precise, and attentive to details. It was so nice to be able to use an all-inclusive company who planned and coordinated scheduling between plumbers, tilers, demo, carpentry, and electricians. We are in love with our kitchen, guest bathroom, and master bathroom and highly recommend this company!”

“The DreamMaker team did excellent work for us. They came in to fix and finish poor work from two previous contractors and to upgrade flooring and paint the interior and exterior. They communicate well and provide an estimate that doesn’t creep unless you ask for additional work. Their work is top notch on everything they do. All of their staff are great people. Highly recommend.”

“DreameMaker remodeled our kitchen and did a wonderful job. Jade moved around some of my appliances making my kitchen more efficient. All the people that worked on our kitchen was very professional, did a great job and always cleaned up. I would highly recommend DreamMaker.”

“Absolutely phenomenal experience. DreamMaker Bath completely transformed our bathroom, customizing even the smallest details to accomplish what we wanted. They had excellent design recommendations, were the most professional and organized team we’ve ever worked with, and were the only renovation company to say yes to all of our customization requests. We highly recommend you use them for any of your renovation needs. They may be a bit more expensive than competitors, but it is completely worth it for the level of service and expertise they offer. They finished on schedule and on budget. We were blown away by the end product. Thank you DreamMaker!”

“We were very happy with DreamMaker. They did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel and were very responsive when we had questions or found a minor problem that needed to be fixed. They helped us with colors (not something I am skilled at) even showing us how changes in lighting would change how the colors appeared. When we had a change request, we would get the quote quickly, and they would modify based on our feedback. They were always polite and we were always treated with respect. And we absolutely love the work they did! We have used other contractors in the past, and DreamMaker far surpassed them in service and outcomes. We will definitely use them again for our next remodeling project.”

“It's hard to put into words how pleased we were and are with our experience with DreamMaker. All of the workers were prompt, considerate, friendly, and their work was impeccable. We love our kitchen and consider am the Folds at DM to be family. Wonderful!”

“We had a complete master bathroom remodel! From start to finish, we are completely satisfied with the work and the overall process. The staff and subs were awesome! We highly recommend DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen.”

“They were awesome! I cannot say enough good things about this company. DreamMaker was so respectful and everyone was so polite. Steve really has a great group of people that understand the remodeling process from design through the completion of the project. Everything turned out wonderful and it was so much fun! I absolutely love my new bathroom. I can't believe I waited so long to have this project completed, but I am so glad that I used DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen.”

“After having a horrible experience with my parents bathroom remodel we were a bit scared of venturing out to have somebody redo their kitchen. I did a lot of research and we finally decided to go with DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen. Jade made the process so easy. She was patient and took the time to bring my mom's vision to reality. There are so many people in the remodeling industry that just take your money and offer horrible service or horrible results. Was not the case this time. My mom loves her kitchen and will definitely use DreamMaker again in the future if needed. Thanks so much!!”

“Steve Betts and his crew did an amazing job installing new toilets at my house! There was no sign they’d been there after they left other than the sparkly new toilets! Highly recommend Dream Maker Bath and Kitchen!”

“DreamMaker recently remodeled our master bathroom and bedroom. They did a great job from beginning to end. Steve with DreamMaker meticulously went through the details of the scope of work prior to the beginning of the job, which really helped my wife and I understand what work would be included in the remodel. Additionally, the guys at DreamMaker provided us with a projected schedule for the work, which contained an estimated time of completion. They were right on time with their projected schedule. The DreamMaker employees that were at our house almost daily for two months were great guys that we enjoyed having around. In sum, for anyone looking for a reputable contractor to handle a remodel job, we would highly recommend Steve and the other great folks at DreamMaker!”
