“My husband and I chose Raider Flooring because we thought smaller would be better. BOY were we wrong. When our salesman came to our home, we were advised we didn’t need quarter round. After installation of our new flooring it was found out that we do and they were gracious enough to give us an estimate of 2100 after the fact. Our installer told us that all we paid for was removal and installation of the flooring. No prep before the new floors were layed after having carpet probably 90% of the house. Therefore our floors don’t lay right is what the installer says. We have gaps, because we didn’t even pay for caulking, I guess either. They haven’t once called and asked how the floors look. All they cared about was getting my husband to sign the COC so they could get paid. I would not recommend this place.”

Today I sent them a certified letter addressing the unfinished jobs that they promised me would be finished over and over again since August. I have reported them to the BBB. Even though I love the flooring I chose, they weren’t able to lay it correctly and they still haven’t finished the job. They will not answer or return my texts or calls when I try to reach out to them with the issues that they’ve left unfinished in my floor installation. I took down my original post of what a great job they did, because they never came back to fix the repairs that were needed. I highly caution anyone to use them.”

The quotes were reasonable, and we felt the pricing was fair. The bedroom carpet installation went smoothly. Within a week, Raider scheduled the installation, and the crew arrived on time. They were professional, efficient, and careful with our belongings. They prepped the room, moved the furniture, and completed the job quickly.
