That 1 Painter Conroe

That 1 Painter Conroe handles painting and related work from their spot in Montgomery, Texas. Jesse runs point on most projects, and the crew takes on interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet painting, deck work, fence staining, and trim jobs. Their Google listing lists them under painter but also under cabinet maker and kitchen remodeler, so they cover those services too. The outfit works across spots like Bentwater, Cleveland, Coldspring, Lake Conroe, and nearby towns, and they offer free estimates with quick turnaround on quotes.

Homeowners call them for full house interiors where walls, trim, and closets all get fresh coats, plus exterior jobs that include pressure washing first and then paint on siding and trim. Several jobs involved staining or painting doors and fences on new builds, while others covered decks and porch ceilings. Reviewers note the crew preps with paper, plastic, and tape, masks off windows and brick, then finishes with clean lines and no mess left behind. One crew led by Kevin handled a porch, garage door, and side trim. Stephan showed up on another job, and the painters kept things moving without dragging out the schedule.

They answer calls fast and often drop by the same day to measure and quote. Jesse stays in touch by text or phone through the whole job, and customers get daily updates from the lead painter on site. Work starts soon after the go-ahead, with crews arriving on time each morning and wrapping by the end of the day. Prices come in competitive and fair according to the people who hired them, and the team works in Montgomery and the surrounding area without pushing extra charges for small fixes like gutter removal on one exterior job.

The Google rating sits at five stars even with no reviews counted there, but the listed feedback shows the same points again and again. Reviewers keep mentioning solid prep, careful masking, quick completion, polite crews, and results that hold up. Attention to detail and fair pricing show up on nearly every write-up, along with Jesse keeping things on track from start to finish.

“That 1 Painter was one of two quotes we obtained for painting the interior walls of our home. We selected That 1 Painter based on our interaction with Jesse. He was very easy to talk to, he provided the quote quickly, and he just gave us a good feeling. His team was able to begin the work quickly which was a bonus for us, and I was happy with their performance from preparation of our home for painting to the finished product. The lead painter was a nice gentleman and we spoke with him daily as he did the work. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. Our home looks great for what we thought was a very reasonable price. Couldn’t be happier.”

“Our daughter bought her first home and we were helping out with getting it ready before she moved in. After researching verified reviews we called Jesse at That 1 Painter in Conroe. Jesse came out soon after I called and we walked through exactly what she wanted, as we were doing the entire interior - walls, trim, closets, etc. We had a firm quote that evening and we set a date for the job. The day the job was to start, Jesse and his crew were on time and they walked through the entire job. The first day was prep, which made me very happy. They laid down paper, plastic, and taped anywhere they needed. Very professional and conscious of doing it right. The job took 4 days, which was about a day faster than they planned. They cleaned up and removed every bit of their paper, plastic and tape when they were done. Then Jesse asked me to meet for a walk through. Over my work career, we were transferred many, many times. We had I need to hire painters in 7 different states during those moves. I dont make this statement lightly, but this was truly the best painting job we have ever had done.
