Lakeshore Cabinet

Lakeshore Cabinet Supply handles custom cabinet work out of the Mooresville area with Randy running the operation as owner and lead designer. They focus on kitchen remodels, bathroom updates, laundry room builds, and other residential cabinet projects using solid wood construction and inset doors. Randy meets clients at their showroom to review layouts, materials, and hardware options before any work starts. The company also supplies and installs countertops when the job calls for it.

Homeowners bring Randy tough kitchen layouts with angled walls and limited space, and he produces multiple CAD drawings to sort out the design until it matches what they need. Reviews mention him working through redesigns on storage and traffic flow, then handing off to installers like Mark Augustine and Jason who handle the demo and fit with no leftover mess. Other projects include laundry rooms that maximize every inch, built-in bars, and primary baths that add function without crowding the room. Clients note the final cabinets match their budget while delivering more storage and better workflow than they started with.

Randy responds quickly to set up site visits and keeps drawings and options coming until the layout locks in. Quotes come in lower than big box alternatives for comparable quality, and the cabinets arrive on schedule with no delays reported. Follow-up calls address small punch list items right away, and the team stands behind the install. Work stays local to the Cornelius and Mooresville stretch of North Carolina with clients able to stop by the showroom for color and hardware choices.

“I highly recommend Lakeshore Cabinets. I have a very difficult kitchen with lots of angled walls. Randy was a saint. He dedicated alot of time to our design process. We had to do a couple of redesigns when i wasnt happy with what I thought I wanted. Im not visual so he gave me an ungodly amount of CAD drawings from every angle to help me see it all. The demo &install took about 7 weeks once the cabinets arrived. I am very particular & he was determined to make me happy at every turn. My kitchen is gorgeous. Thank you Randy.”

“It was our first kitchen remodel and we had a lot of fun working with Randy! He was highly recommended by our friends and now we too have passed his name to other friends, as well as family. Randy has excellent attention to details and his cabinets are of the highest quality. We appreciate his experience and dedication. As a result, we absolutely love our new kitchen! Thank you Randy!”

“Randy is by far the most detailed-oriented designer we have had the pleasure of working with; nothing is overlooked and everything is measured correctly. As we explored ideas, his feedback was indispensable: his recommendations and advice resulted in a kitchen and laundry room that fits our needs exactly, with no wasted space and is an absolute joy to be in. He answers every question with knowledge and experience. And we had a lot of questions! Randy helped us pick hardware, fittings, layout, and even appliances by discussing trade-offs and enumerating through what we had to consider. We worked with other vendors before Randy who left us even more confused, but Randy made sure everything we were getting matched what we needed perfectly. Perfect is not a word used idly: if something needs to be verified, Randy goes in with the tape measure himself. Using his experience as a builder, he went through our entire house to discuss our options and the changes that were possible. He continued this as he designed to make sure the entire kitchen and laundry room would install without issue, delivering immaculate renders that we know saved us time, money, and energy when working with various”

“We only have one regret during our kitchen remodel process and it’s that we didn’t find Lakeshore sooner! Randy and Libby designed a space that fit within our timeline, budget, and storage needs. We left town for vacation, trusted them with our home and the process and returned to a beautiful Shiloh kitchen with cabinets that look (wow!) like carefully crafted furniture. Details like mitered edges, inset doors, and flawless Sherwin Williams color finishes. Would you believe their quote was less than Kraftsmaid at the big box stores?! The hidden gem in this experience was their contractor/installer Mark Augustine. He is behind the scenes until the install, but he is one in a million. His integrity, competency, and attention to detail is rare to find in the trades and we are so grateful he agreed to help us with finishing off other details (lighted cabinets, installing the appliances, etc). We can’t wait to return to them for our next project and highly recommend them for any cabinet needs. Truly masters of their trade! Thank you again!”

“Randy is amazing. Truly a gem in this business. He has an incredible eye for detail and made sure that the design fit perfectly with our crazy lifestyle of entertaining and a large family. He listened to all my thoughts, took into account of how I used my kitchen, and made suggestions that would make my life even easier. He stuck to our budget, and made sure we were comfortable with every decision we made. He's truly a talent, and I can't speak enough about his installer's work, Jason. He was so clean, so meticulous, and really puts so much pride into his work. You hear nightmare stories all the time, and this was such a stress free and fun process for us. Thank you so much Randy!!!! I'm so excited to finally have my dream kitchen!”

“Randy is a master of kitchen design. He was recommended by our contractor and he designed the perfect kitchen for our needs. He is organized, attentive and thorough with every detail. He recommended options that I would have never thought to do and maximized the space and functionality. The installer, Mark, was meticulous and we had no issues during the installation process. Working with Randy was a wonderful experience, in my opinion you could not find anyone better. The finished kitchen exceeded our expectations and is truly our dream kitchen.”

“Randy was fantastic to work with on my kitchen project. He was there to support and make things right when anything came up in the process. I would highly recommend him and Lakeshore Cabinet for your custom cabinet needs.”

“Randy is great! He was so helpful, knowledgeable and designed my dream kitchen. His craftsmanship was second to none. When the installation was completed he not only cleaned up but he wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the cabinets and went out his way to make that happen. I would not hesitate to use Lakeshore Cabinets again. Thank you Randy and Lakeshore Cabinets.”

“A+ rating for Lakeshore Cabinets! Owner-operator Randy is what every customer dreams of - incredible design ideas, innovative thinking and knowledge of ‘timeless classics’ with the right amount of the ‘latest trends’ - Randy delivered creative ideas with a no pressure sales approach. Randy pushed our thinking to create a vision of our kitchen that we could never have dreamed on our own. His design ideas didn’t stop there, he also created a beautiful built-in butler center, a laundry room that is practical and spectacular, and a primary bath that delivers supreme function alongside spa beauty. I can’t forget the beautiful basement area with built in refrigerator, cabinets and functional 2 tiered bar, this area is ready to entertain. Topped off with professional installation and meticulous attention to detail, making the final product just perfect. Randy has regularly followed-up to ensure that we are happy and that everything was functioning properly and completed to our satisfaction. We did a blend of high-end custom Shiloh brand in the important areas and used the beautifully practical Aspect line in the lesser used spaces, for an affordable entire-house of cabinetry. Randy ga”

“For our kitchen remodel, we put high quality and functionality at the top of our list, but wanted good value as well. During the design process, Randy listened, asked questions, and then interpreted our concept to provide us with multiple, excellent options for style and layout, explaining pros and cons of each. We discussed base and door construction, traffic flow around the island, the “triangle” and how to maximize cabinet space while minimizing clutter. The final layout design Randy created is beautiful and practical. Once we had the design locked (we went with solid wood, full inset cabinets with a contrast color for the island), the experience got even better. Lakeshore’s installation team of Mark and Tom are like having a pair of surgeons tie your shoelaces - they are both detail oriented craftsman of the highest order, and watching them custom fit the new cabinetry into our space bordered on magical. Each day of the installation process, Mark and Tom’s questions about finishing, positions, plumbing, electrical and other choices were critical to achieving exactly what we wanted, even if we didn’t know what to ask. With walls and ceilings that are not level or plumb, they de”

“We had an excellent experience with Randy and Lakeshore. He was able to meet with us and discuss design, make recommendations, and take measurements in a very timely fashion, unlike others. His showroom has a good display of cabinets, colors, and hardware and he was able to refer us to other professionals including painters, drywallers, and tile manufacturers. We never had any delays and the cabinets came in right on time. They are quality cabinets and we are very pleased with everything Randy did for us.”

“Randy at Lakeshore Cabinet supplied and installed our cabinets and countertops for our kitchen and first floor remodel. He is honest, patient, wants what is best for the customer, and only recommends what he feels is worth the investment. The install was completed flawlessly. His team was meticulous and took pride in their work. He was responsive to follow up requests and ensured that we were completely satisfied with the job. We couldn't be happier with the finished product.”

“Randy and the team at Lakeshore are phenomenal. We have worked with them for the last five years through the process of building a house and then additional projects that we tackled later. They are responsive, creative, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. We really appreciated how Randy took a team approach in coming up with design schemes that matched our needs/desires while not hesitating to question some of my crazy ideas. It was a very collaborative process. We receive compliments on our cabinets all of the time. My wife and I never hesitate to refer Lakeshore to anyone looking for a great contractor that you can trust to do top quality work at a very fair price.”

“Randy is so talented with his design expertise and woodworking skills. Truly an artist. We’ve enjoyed working with him in the past on 3 bathrooms and a bar. Our kitchen renovation was a huge undertaking and he left nothing to chance. We’re in love with our kitchen and I plan to use Lakeshore Cabinet again in the near future. Highly recommend.”

“We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Randy at Lakeshore Cabinets. He is so professional, kind, and really knows his stuff. Pretty much designed our kitchen and we love it. We love our cabinets and they are great quality. Thank you so much Randy for everything. We have been sharing your name to family and friends.”

“100 STARS experience from start to finish and beyond, way beyond!!! Great design, great installation, great follow up, great personal care. Randy is experienced, detail oriented, and responsible, you can't go wrong with him, customers rave about him for a reason. We love our new, elegant and good quality cabinets in the kitchen and in bathroom. We compared the price with one of the big box store, and Randy's price was much better, not to mention that we will never get personal attention from the big store as we did with Randy, you will be in the good hands with him. On the top of that Randy's show room is right of the exit, so no wondering in the wilderness required. Thank you Randy for all your hard work, well done!!!”

“Working with Randy for our project was one of the best decisions we could’ve made. There are elements of kitchen project that are not always a given, however, working with Lakeshore Cabinet brings guaranteed satisfaction thanks to the close attention to detail from design to install. Lakeshore Cabinet has stood behind their work and expediently took care of punchlist items. Our experience with LSC was remarkable and we absolutely have encouraged family and friends to use them, and they in fact have and are just as pleased! Thanks to Randy and team for our beautiful kitchen and utility room.”

“We had 3 other kitchen designers give us ideas for our kitchen remodel but they didn't change much other than the cabinets & countertops. We found out about Lakeshore Cabinets from a neighbor who was happy with their work so we contacted Randy and he gave us a whole new perspective of what the kitchen layout could be and we couldn't be happier with the results. We didn't use them for the countertops but we are thrilled with the Shiloh cabinets and the installation is top notch. We had a couple of small issues after the fact and Randy provided great service in addressing them.”

“Working with Randy at Lakeshore Cabinet Supply has been a wonderful experience. We are doing a complete kitchen remodel. Last winter I presented Randy with a photo of a kitchen I retrieved from a magazine while in Charleston, S.C. With a great amount of patience to exact detail and amazing quality Randy helped me create my dream kitchen. It is a replica of the magazine photo even featuring the same cabinet manufacturer! I recommend Lakeshore Cabinet Supply highly to anyone who desires a professional consultation , creativity, attention to detail and prompt follow up.”

“I loved working with Randy from Lakeshore Cabinet! He is extremely knowledgably about kitchen and bath remodeling. He made suggestions to the kitchen layout that I would never have thought of. He produced professional drawings so I could get a great idea of how my kitchen and bathroom was going to look. His installers were extremely professional and paid attention to detail. There was not any mess at all. I would highly recommend working Lakeshore Cabinet if you want a well run and successful remodeling project.”
