“We did a major tear-up and replacement of kitchen cabinets, counter-top, and back splash. The floors in the kitchen, dining room, and living room were removed and replaced. Work was done by contractors and employees. The whole project from start to finish was completed in 1 month, with excellent design, communication, coordination, and workmanship. People showed respect for us and each other at all times. We greatly appreciate working with them, and look forward to our next project. We have now completed the follow-up project of remodeling the master bath and guest bath with cabinetry that is consistent with that installed in the kitchen. We replaced a tub with a large shower, and replaced the old shower with a large storage cabinet. We removed a wall that adjoined the stool and replaced the lighting and exhaust system in the master bathroom. The Cabinet Market staff and their contractors did an excellent job of design, communication, coordination and installation. “I cannot say enough about the folks at the Cabinet Market! We wanted to extend a wall of cabinets in our kitchen because we got a wine fridge. Since our cabinets were discontinued we had to reface all our doors and drawer fronts. They made everything from ordering to installation so simple. When the new upper cabinets arrived and were unboxed, they were poor quality and scratched up on the inside. Before I had even come downstairs and was told, they had already ordered a new set of replacement cabinets! They even hung the scratched ones temporarily just so I could put my dishes and glassware aware since it would take a few more weeks for the new cabinets to arrive. Absolutley everyone, from Tonya and Robert, to the installers (I feel absolutely horrible I forgot their names), went above and beyond. “The Cabinet Market is the place to go for your kitchen upgrade. Were worked with Mike, Tonya and Rob from the store and other vendors that came to the house for the onsite work. We replaced the counters and island from granite to quartz, installed a larger sink and new faucet and we added backsplash with an accent piece over the stove. It’s all absolutely beautiful!! “JOB: Approximately $45,000 PRE-PLANNING: In the very beginning, I had explained to the designer that I didn’t want to handle any issues that might come up during installation and that I needed her to spearhead the process. She agreed. I was made aware she was having family health problems, but I assumed if she was unable to complete my project, the owner/manager would step in or assign another designer to take over the project. PROJECT PLANNING: Over a period of three months, plans were developed and honed for a kitchen cabinet, countertop & backsplash makeover, a master bath cabinetry & countertop makeover, and a large built-in bedroom drawer/shelving unit. Midway through the process, I was told I’d receive the proposal estimate in a couple days. After receiving NOTHING for two weeks, I called and was then sent the initial proposal. More decisions were made and in the final week of planning, all decisions were finalized on Monday, June 15, 2026. I was told by the designer I’d receive the final proposal/cost in a couple days. Two weeks later, there’s NO proposal, and NO call so I phoned the owner/manager. I was told he (not sure which) was hard to reach being he was in the fi”
