“Working with Stefan Burnworth, the General Manager at the Proslat Garage Store Dallas, has been an outstanding experience. His professionalism, product knowledge, and attention to detail are second to none. From the initial design process through installation, he makes sure every project is done the right way and that customers are taken care of every step of the process. What really sets Stefan apart is that he genuinely cares about the quality of the finished product and the relationships he builds with his customers and installation partners. He’s responsive, honest, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything exceeds expectations. If you’re considering a garage transformation, I highly recommend working with Stefan and the Proslat Richardson team. You’ll receive top-quality products, excellent communication, and customer service that’s hard to find these days. Highly recommend!”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I called Stefan from the website to see how I would go about redoing my garage this summer, and he gave me so many ideas that I hadn’t thought about. I told him that I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for yet but I knew I wanted something. He not only FaceTimed me to show me his showroom while I was out of town, he also offered to come out to my house and give me a full walkthrough of what they offer. I asked him to come by this weekend and the level of professionalism and knowledge he has is refreshing to see. He played with my dogs while we were talking and it was like I was talking to a friend I’ve known forever!”

“From the very start, Stefan with Proslat was prompt in setting up our appointment and sent a timely reminder beforehand. He even called ahead to ask if we wanted a cup of coffee on his way to our home — a small gesture, but one that really stood out and showed genuine thoughtfulness. During our initial quote meeting, Stefan communicated clearly and answered all of our questions with real expertise. He then followed up quickly with a detailed quote, including AI-generated images showing exactly what the Proslat install would look like in our space. That extra step made it so much easier for us to visualize the project and feel confident strong communication, and a genuine desire to make the customer experience easy and enjoyable. I cannot recommend Proslat more. We are very happy with our garage.”

“Stefan is the absolute best! He ordered and delivered our order promptly and was a total expert when answering all of our questions. If we have any other garage renovations in the future, we will be calling him again for sure!”

“ProSlat is an absolutely must! I had them put slat wall , flooring and new cabinets and I couldn’t be happier! They did an amazing job and very pleasant to work with. Stefan definitely knows his product and staff and stands behind it all ! Best experience I have had working with someone!”

“i have great experience with Proslat garage store. Commadore and Stefan have been hugely helpful in increasing my knowledge and use of their products. Their customer service is outstanding.”

“I was so excited to hear of the Dallas Store opening! The slat walls come in handy when opening a holiday store with thousands of ornaments. I called the Dallas store yesterday afternoon and was immediately impressed with how personal and helpful they were. I was able to text him an online order I made prior to the store opening and he not only confirmed he had it in stock but it was delivered to me that afternoon. He called me when he was on his way and unloaded the product. I am looking forward to making more purchases. 5 stars all the way around!”

“I purchased the Proslat garage cabinets sight unseen based on the modularity of the product and for my needs, a built in sink. Using the online configurator made it so easy to design multiple options along with color combinations within minutes. Once received, the product quality exceeded expectations and met the description from the website. All components assembled with ease. My only disappointment was the undercounter lighting accessory. The quality didn’t match the cabinets. I ended up adding my own LED strip light from Eshine. I had a couple of minor issues with a broken drawer pull and gas cylinder, but the support from Joe @ the Dallas TX regional store has been top notch. No questions or delays, just handling the warrantied item replacements with speed. I highly recommend this product.”

“I had a wonderful experience here! Stefan is very knowledgeable and helped me pick out accessories for my slat wall!”

“Excellent experience with Proslat Dallas and Joe R. I did the install myself as it was for my garage in South Carolina, and Joe could not have been more helpful and thorough from design through final details of the installation. Extremely pleased with the end result, and even my wife is impressed with the look and quality of the cabinets. Zero reservation in recommending Proslat - Well done guys!!”

“Zack was incredible to work and his team did excellent work! Honestly had to leave a 5 star review because the service was so on point! Highly recommend !”

“Great price. Friendly staff”

“I had Stefan Burnworth from Proslat come out and do a review on my home garage since I’ve been wanting to build it out all at once for a one and done deal. He was extremely professional and easy to work with making the process streamline. Will be doing buisness again in the later future for my other properties when ready!”

“The General Manager, Stefan, helped me design and completely transform my garage! I use my garage as a workshop and needed a flooring solution so he recommended the protile! Highly recommend working with them”

“I was very impressed speaking with Stefan. I came in just to get some ideas, and he was extremely helpful, informative, and caring; without being a pressure salesman. (Which I really appreciate.) I will definitely be back to see Stefan! Thanks again!”
