Gave me the tip on how to keep the cabinets clean and what not to use on them!! He is magical. Professional and a delight. The other issue couldn’t be fixed as easy but took a lot of photos, sent detailed notes to the builder and contacted the sales office. He’s very detailed and thorough. One of a kind! Donald kept me updated on time line for the replacement to my vent hood front panel. Great communication! Today Donald and Mark came to install my new vent hood cover that had to be replaced.
