“We hired Capital K Contractors to give new life to our laundry room and were beyond impressed with the attention to detail and care they put into their work. They cared about doing the job "right" above all else. They installed a shelf, baseboard, door, door frame, light fixture, and repainted the whole room. We're happy to put our trust in them for future projects and could not recommend them enough.”

“After my original builder went bankrupt mid-project, Capital K stepped in and did an excellent job getting my home completed. Kal, the owner, was professional, transparent, and very responsive throughout the entire process. They quickly assessed the situation, fixed issues left behind, and got the project back on track. The quality of work is excellent, and they managed a complicated build with great attention to detail. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend Capital K to anyone looking for a reliable builder!”

“I highly recommend Capital K Contractors! They did an excellent job leveling the sunken living room in our home, which was popular in homes in the 70s. This required 5” of concrete pour in a 360 sq ft area. The team was hardworking, professional, and reliable, and owner Kal was personally involved throughout the project, ensuring everything was done properly. His hands-on approach, expertise, and attention to detail were evident from start to finish. We were so impressed that we hired Kal again for a bathroom renovation, which is currently still in progress. So far, he has continued to demonstrate the same professionalism, care, and commitment to quality. He genuinely cares about his work and his customers. We would absolutely recommend Capital K Contractors to anyone seeking a skilled, trustworthy, and reliable contractor!”

“I get to know Kal, when I was in the process of buying a home 5 months back. He was there throughout until we finally did make a buy. Guiding us and helping us understand, what needs to be taken care and what not to stress for. Always picks the call and guide and comes up with the best possible solution. He did some work at our new home and trust me, its a small job but for Kal nothing is small, for him customers are imp and making a relationship with them. He was at ny place being not very well and guiding his people to do the job in best manner. Guidance comes with right estimates not like another overpriced contractors. Truly a great guy and amazing work. Your home needs some work, then Kal is your call. Thank u Kal. Got some more work for you real soon.”

“My husband and I are so glad we chose them to do our floors. They leveled the floors in our house in less than 2 days! They are very communicative, hands on, have an eye for detail, are personable, and efficient. The job was well done ✅ We look forward to their services for other things around our house in the future. Thank you!”

“Kal and his team came into a project that was halfway completed by our previous contractor. That contractor went bankrupt and gave up on building our new home. Kal and his team came in, saw all of the work and problems that need to be resolved. They quickly provided a fair quote and got to work immediately. Throughout the process, there are always issues that arise, and Kal rose to the occasion, always kept us informed and gave great advice for the best solution going forward. He was tireless, never gave up and always did the best job possible each step of the way. We are very pleased with the house we now call home thanks to Kal and his team. He made the dream a reality and turned our headache of a home into a blessing. I would highly recommend him for any job you have going forward. Thank you! - Colby Wulf”

“Kal and his team are professional, personable, and experienced. We appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of work. We're extremely happy with how our living room turned out and cannot wait to furnish and enjoy it!”

“Capitol K Contracters did an outstanding remodel on a 1970's house that my husband and I bought several months ago mainly for the view of the golf course which we love. The house is very compartmental. Each room is behind a wall. We knew we would miss the openness from our current house. We talked of opening the wall between the kitchen and living room at a later date but the more we talked to Cal the owner of Capitol K about changes it just made sense to do it before we moved in. Cal had great ideas around what to do so we said let's do it and we are so glad we did. Cal was involved every step of the way, he was there at the house working himself. He had a great person working for him also named Romeo. I can't say enough good things about the work done. He kept us up to date on everything along the way. His work ethic and attention to detail was wonderful. This is a journey for us with this house and everything that needs to be done and we will be using Capitol K Contracters again. No doubt about it. Also, want to mention I found out about Capitol K from my sister who used them to redo their primary bath and was happy. We used Capitol K to redo work from another contra”

“I’m not sure where to begin, but what I can tell you about Kal and his team is they are true professionals. We looked for several years to find a contractor that we felt like we could trust, after our initial consultation with him we immediately felt like we had the right guy. From concept to completion, Kal was great to work with. His timely communication and thoughtful responses to our questions made us feel at ease as we went through this process. Now, we took our house literally to the foundation, and did a whole home remodel. Kal raised our ceiling, moved walls, did complete overhaul of our plumbing, HVAC systems, and electrical. He redid our kitchen, our living room, both bathrooms, and built a walk-in closet for our master bedroom. To say that we are pleased would be an understatement. This contractor knows what he’s doing. And I would highly recommend him to anyone. And I don’t know that I have the right words to articulate How much we enjoyed working with him. I feel like not only do we have a trusted contractor for the rest of our lives, but we also made a friend. If you’re considering any type of small scale all the way up to large scale remodel you definitely need to g”

“Was thoroughly satisfied with the finished project. My kitchen looks great. He was totally hands on during the whole remodel and his people were great. Two thumbs up for Romeo!”

“We had an amazing experience working with Kal, Brandon, and everyone they sent out. They were always in communication with us, went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, and minimized inconveniences for us living in the house. The quality of work was great and the pricing was competitive. I’m sure we’ll be doing more jobs with them in the future. We are so happy with the work that was done! Thank you guys!”

“Capital K replaced our roof and did an amazing job! Kal was very professional and reasonable. His crew are early birds, but hard workers! We are very excited about our new roof! Thank you!!”

“Kal and his team are awesome to work with! They are very professional, clean, detailed, do great work, and are great at communicating. We will definitely use them again.”

“Capital K Contractors did an outstanding job repairing the 2x8 over the entrance of my garage. They arrived early and removed the rotted wood, sanded/prepared the surface , installed a new board and got it painted by the end of day. The paint color was matched perfectly. Clean up was done thoroughly and all trash was bagged and placed neatly beside the garage. I will definitely use them in the future.”

“Kal and his crew did such a phenomenal job! We had a plumbing issue in our guest bathroom that resulted in a huge mold problem. Not only did Kal fix the plumbing issue, but he helped us to completely remodel the bathroom (everything had to be removed due to mold) and made the bathroom handicap accessible for my son. He even adjusted the sizing on the cabinets so that my son could reach the faucets from his wheelchair. He has made such a positive impact on our family and is such a kind, genuine person. We are thankful that he was brought into our lives and grateful for the quality work that was done in our home. It is rare to find someone who cares about the details, fair in pricing, and also who does such wonderful work. We will be customers for life - thank you Kal!!”

“The Capital K team did a wonderful job on our home! We did an entire house renovation and they walked through with us, heard what we wanted and made it happen. They communicated often and were receptive to requests for changes. The house looks completely different in the best way. Kal and Brandon were super knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. They were able to set a time line and adhere to it. We are so happy to be in our house! Thank you Capital K!”

“Following Hurricane Beryl we had significant damage to our garage and house. Finding a contractor was a nightmare which was coupled with insurance issues. I found Capital K Construction by a Google search. They had a consistent rating of 5 and have BBB. Kal came out the following day, quickly assessed the problems and came up with a plan. He would give us different options taking into consideration our preferences. Because of insurance issues the work was delayed. Kal kept up with that whole process and we were finally able to proceed. The work was completed without delays and done right. If there modification was needed it was done until it was perfect. We had a few extra things done in our house and couldn’t be happier with results . We referred neighbors for work and their’s looked great. Kal frequently checked on the work and is a rarity amongst contractors. He has a great deal of integrity and genuinely cares about the job. Thank you for everything , Kal”

“Partnering with Kal and the team at Capital K for our remodel has been highly rewarding. Capital K stood out as the best candidate based on testimonials and by presenting a detailed bid in a timely manner. Throughout the project the communication on every detail was thorough and transparent. Kal and Brandon shared their objective opinions and advised but always listened and executed the plans and any changes to a high standard. They finished a demo, kitchen remodel, patio and utility room build in 12 weeks as promised and maintained a high degree of workmanship and attention to detail right to the end. We consider Kal and Brandon friends and will recommend them to anybody. Capital K surpassed our expectations. I never thought they could maintain a 5 star review but they absolutely deserve it.”

“If you are looking for a contractor who is reliable, honest, hard working, and has your best interest in mind, Capital K Contractor s is the one who fits all of the above. They remodeled our bathroom that needed to be adjusted for my husband who has mobility issues. Kal was very good with keeping all our needs in mind for the project. Him and Romeo were awesome to work with. They pay close attention to every detail in completion of the project. You can't go wrong with this choice. So happy we chose them.”

“Recently remodeled my entire home. Kal has great business ethics and a good eye for high quality work. I plan to use him to build my 8 unit apartment complex.”
