The Woodlands Home Repairs

The Woodlands Home Repairs operates as a cabinet maker and remodeler from Spring, Texas, with Chris running the business. They handle cabinet installation and painting along with kitchen and bathroom work that includes new cabinets, plus room additions and general repairs for residential properties. The company covers The Woodlands and nearby spots such as Conroe, Tomball, Willis, Magnolia, and Montgomery. Chris takes calls for estimates and lines up crews for these jobs.

Customers report projects like master bath updates that added new cabinets and replaced fixtures, kitchen cabinet painting, front door expansions, garage space conversions with built-in cabinets and lighting, full kitchen remodels, closet rebuilds after water damage, and custom wet room suites with added vanities. Reviewers mention Chris, Daniel, Jorge, Ivan, and George by name for keeping projects on track, matching existing textures and finishes, and finishing bathrooms or kitchens ahead of schedule. One case involved turning a blank space into a soundproof massage room with custom shower details and lighting.

Crews show up on time, clean up each day, and stick to quoted prices without surprise costs. Chris answers questions fast and adjusts for changes during work, while foremen like Jorge and Daniel coordinate with homeowners and their schedules. The company works on both small repairs and larger renovations across the listed communities, with crews described as professional and able to match paint and textures on walls and cabinets.

The provided reviews total eighteen five-star accounts that highlight workmanship, communication, and crews finishing early or on time, along with one one-star note about a missed appointment and poor follow-up.

“The Woodlands Home Repairs updated our master bath, painted our kitchen cabinets, replaced toilets, and provided other minor repairs. The crew members were kind, thorough, and hardworking. The crew that painted the kitchen and the worker who painted our master bath all did a fantastic job. Chris, the owner, was helpful and trustworthy. His foreman, Daniel, was extremely nice to work with. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and hardworking. He always worked with us and our timeline, and he made sure we were satisfied with the work. We highly recommend The Woodlands Home Repairs.”

“We had our single front door expanded to a double door. TWHR helped make the renovation easy and painless. Everyone from Chris to Jorge and the crew at the house were friendly and professional. The project was completed in a timely manner with the longest wait being from the door ordering. I will definitely use them again for future projects!”

“I couldn’t be more happy with the work that Woodlands home repair did On my room addition. We wanted to convert the space above our garage to living space, and they did a spectacular job. Chris was responsive, he listened, and when we had concerns/questions; he addressed them. Just a great person to work with, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.”

“We had our bathroom remodeled with The Woodlands Home Repairs and I seriously cannot say enough good things about them. Chris' initial estimate was right on target with what it actually cost to complete; the workers were on time, cleaned up everything each day of work and did an outstanding job! Everyone who has seen the bathroom wants to know who did the work! We will definitely be giving their information to friends, neighbors and family!”

“There aren't enough good things I can say about our experience remodeling our small guest/kid's bathroom with TWHR. Chris was very easy to get in touch with and his pricing was extremely fair. Jorge and his crew were an absolute dream, especially when it came to our overly sociable, escape artist puppy who wanted nothing more than to be in everyone's way at every moment. After another recent bathroom remodel that literally took four times longer, cost more than twice this project, and a very different feeling from the crew, this experience couldn't have been better. I trusted each person that came into my home and was delighted by their expertise and kindness. 10/10 experience - we are all delighted and recommend TWHR to anyone without reservation.”

“Highly recommend this company. It’s flexibility and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. The entire team made our kitchen renovation as easy as it could be. Home updates are disruptive, for sure. But Chris’s and his team’s willingness to respond quickly, answer questions (so many questions), and keep us updated was extremely helpful. He, Daniel, and George are among the best communicators I've worked with. The work crew was equally outstanding. Everyone that's been thru here was a testament to the company culture.”

“I approached Chris with a vision of creating an upscale, relaxing massage and Vichy wet room suite tailored for The Woodlands clientele. He took my ideas and transformed a blank slate into a stunning reality, adding custom details to the shower and Vichy wet room for a truly luxurious aquatic experience. I requested soundproof walls for the meditation sessions and deep healing room, and he delivered on that feature perfectly. Chris also provided insightful suggestions for ambient lighting that matched my vision perfectly. His team worked diligently and completed the project ahead of schedule. I’m thrilled with the quality of work and how they brought my concept to life. Chris and his team also made sure to leave everything clean and ready for a confident Grand Opening. I’m very pleased with how my new office suite in The Woodlands turned out. I would highly recommend The Woodlands Home Repairs—they did an exceptional job remodeling my new Massage Suite! 10 out of 10 !”

“We want to thank you for all you did to make our kitchen remodel turn out so well. The paint finish is just what we wanted, and the countertops are gorgeous. Two thumbs up from happy customers. We finally have all the knobs and handles changed out, and the contents of the cabinets and drawers all restored to their proper place. We are so glad we chose your company.”

“I have used Chris and The Woodlands Home Repairs for multiple projects over the last decade. Chris and his team have done both interior and exterior work, ranging from painting, to complete room remodels. Chris and his team just finished our most recent project, an office, with built-in cabinets, drawers, glass and wood shelves, under cabinet lighting and more. The cabinets were built on site and as always, the finished project looks amazing. Chris and his team are extremely professional, curious and trustworthy. We have often had to leave his team at our home while at work and everything has always been exceptional. I would highly recommend Chris and his team for any project you need to have done at your home.”

“Chris and his team did a great job with our recent project! They renovated 2 bathrooms simultaneously. The workmanship is excellent and the operations went smoothly. The foreman Jorge is great to work with. Both bathrooms even finished ahead of schedule. We would like to hire them again for future projects!”

“Chris’ team was easy to work with on our bathroom remodel. From our initial meeting to completion they were prompt and professional. Jorge, our foreman, kept the crew on schedule and our bathroom project was completed early. The pricing of the design changes we made during the project were reasonable. We would definitely use Chris on any future project.”

“Chris seems to be a man of integrity. He has a range of service technicians that he calls on, and they all seem very confident and capable in their skills. We feel confident in calling him back for future repairs and services.”

“We recently had to do a master closet rebuild after a broken water pipe destroyed a large part of our closet. We initially brought in Chris to give us a second quote just to compare to our first one. Chris was able to meet with us shortly after contacting them and when his quote came in significantly under our first one, we decided to go with The Woodlands Home Repairs. The final cost was exactly what the quote was, and the workers were hard-working, clean, polite and very professional. They did a fantastic job rebuilding the closet so that you can't even tell which part is "new" and what is original. They were able to match the texturing and painting on the walls very well. Two weeks ago, we had another water leak in the same closet, and Chris was the first person we called to come out and fix it up again. Any future renovations we do, we will for sure use Chris and his professional team!”

“Needed a FULL kitchen remodel. Chris was incredibly patient and thorough as we went through MANY iterations of design, and redesign to fit our budget. After all that free design work that Chris did, I opened his final plans up for bid (at a $60K+ kitchen I had to) and Chris came in SUPER competitive. I was so glad to give him the work because he was incredibly responsive and detailed... I was happy that I could give him the the job. The other bonus of working with Chris was his main project manager, Ivan. Ivan and Chris are professional, and also the nicest people you will ever meet on the planet. I told Chris that I felt Ivan was his hidden gem, as he is an amazing designer and his keen eye for detail, design, and style saved me easily $5000 on a professional decorator. In the end the kitchen looks Ah-Mazing. There was some schedule delays that were not their fault (our countertop got held up in customs coming from Korea). They were incredibly patient as I changed my mind 3 TIMES over a light placement (I'm still sorry about that Ivan!). Chris was very proactive about recommending and making sure any work that we or they found above our original estimate/scope was cleare”

“We thoroughly enjoyed working with The Woodlands Home Repairs. Chris and his team were reliable and professional. There was never a phone call or question that was not answered right away. The crew was always on time and kept the work areas tidy. Our projects were done in the agreed time frame and we couldn’t be happier with the end results. We will definitely be hiring them for future projects.”

“We just had some ceiling damage repaired from these guys and they were top notch! Very professional, prices are extremely fair and the crew is fantastic! Professional, clean, polite and did an amazing job. You can't even tell there was any damage. We highly recommend these guys for any home repairs or remodeling needs!”

“Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. They had excuses on returning calls and then finally setup an an appointment and after leaving work early and waiting, no one showed up. We were told we would get a call regarding the no show and Chris calls the next day rudely stating that he doesn’t have appointments those days. Needless to say, we found a more reliable contractor to work with.”

“Chris and TWHR were so wonderful to work with. They were quick and efficient and all the work is beautifully done. We highly recommend Chris and his team!”
