“I called and made an appointment for someone to come out and measure for new cabinet doors and for counter tops. I took off work early. He no-called, no-showed. I called, and he said he thought the appointment was for the next day. So right then I tried to reschedule for the next day, and he said he was too busy. Really? Then why say you had an appointment with me for the next day? He came out the day after that. He measured well and gave lots of good advice. He said he would call back in a week with an estimate. It's been 2 1/2. I had to go with someone else. That's too bad because he seemed like he knew what he was talking about.”
