Cabinetwright

Cabinetwright turns out all-wood cabinetry from their Lenexa Kansas shop. They build units with soft-close doors and drawers plus solid frames that stand up to daily use. The line covers a range of door styles and finishes aimed at homeowners, designers and builders who want reliable construction without extra cost. Their Midwest location supports faster production turns and direct truck deliveries when orders are ready.

Reviewers describe solid kitchen installs that hold up around kids and dogs, with one noting the cabinets brought back the appeal of an older space after earlier damage. Warranty cases often get quick attention, such as Megan driving out to swap cracked panels and pulling doors and drawers that had separated at the joints. Pablo has handled on-site deliveries that went smooth, while Nicolette has stepped in on design questions to improve layouts. Rick and the office crew stay reachable on larger orders that run into the hundreds of thousands, sorting problems as they come up instead of leaving them.

Work moves from the central Lenexa plant with responsive replies on parts and fixes, including free spare shipments when needed. Issues like missing pieces or color matches get addressed in days once the team is looped in, and communication stays direct through the process. The setup keeps production moving for repeat buyers who place ongoing orders, with staff focused on getting the cabinets right the first time and correcting anything that slips.

Google shows a 4.7 from 26 reviews, where most praise the builds and the way small problems get handled fast. A couple mention delays or dock mix-ups that took extra calls to clear. DIRT Score 4 from 26 reviews on Finds.

“At Premium Cabinets of St. Louis this is one of our primary lines, cannot beat the quality of the cabinets from Cabinet Wright, or the service. Since they come directly to my job site from the Lenexa factory on their company truck the service also cannot be beat, shout out to Pablo for yesterday's easy delivery.”

“The cabinet ‘s are great! The people are even better!! We bought our house that had Cabinet Wright cabinets installed previously. About a month later the cabinets started cracking down the middle panels and the joints were pulling apart. I called the installer and got the run around for a year. Out of frustration I left a bad Google review. Less than 24 hours later. Megan contacted me. She drove 1 1/2 hours to come and take care of it personally. She was wonderful to work with. 2 months later all doors and drawers were replaced!! All under warranty. There installers were very nice too. They even touched up were the the other stalker messed up. I give them more stars if I could.”

“The company we used ordered from CabinetWright I was more than pleased with the products. Honestly is has made me fall in love with my kitchen once again. The quality is great even against a 4 year old and two dogs! Would %100 recommend ordering from them.”

“I've worked with them for years. Ordered 100's of thousands of dollars of cabinets. Likely millions. Service is very good. Megan, Nicolette and Rick seem to always available. It's not that they don't ever have issues. Everyone has issues with cabinets. But, they've always dealt with them.”

“Missing parts when picked up. Person working dock said they would call when the replacements arrived. No call, so I reached out two weeks later and the woman I talked to was completely unable and unwilling to help resolve the issue. Ultimately hung up on me when I asked her support to contact the person who originally submitted the order.”
