Andre runs the day to day operations with support from the office staff. “I recently hired Cre8 Construction for a stucco repair job, and I’m very pleased with the results. Andre and his team were able to match and weave the new work, including texture and color, into the original wall, perfectly, without leaving any patched look. From the initial quote to the final cleanup, the entire process was transparent and smooth. The crew was courteous, worked efficiently even through weather delays, and left the job site spotless. Even the back office team of Katerina and Forrest, were extremely helpful. It’s rare to find a construction company that communicates this well and respects your property. If you need a team that understands the artistry behind stucco texture matching, I highly recommend them. Five stars for Cre8.”

“Being from AZ we know the importance of proper drainage for stucco. So when we bought our new home in TX and it did not have the required Weep Screed(discovered during purchase inspection) we opted to put it in. This required removing the bottom 10” of the existing, improperly installed stucco. Our concern was matching the texture and color. I searched for a reputable stucco repair and found Cre8 Construction. Andre was very prompt in answering my initial call and every time during the process. The crew was friendly and walked us through the steps of the repair. When the repair was complete the texture matched exactly. We also added on repainting the stucco a different color. We couldn’t be more pleased with the way it all turned out. We now have peace of mind knowing our stucco is better protected with the proper drainage system and love the new color of the home. We highly recommend Cre8 Construction. André, Sonja and the crew were attentive to the project. They listened, they were available and most of all they followed through with great work. We plan on using them again for an interior project.”

“I interviewed five different stucco contractors for my project, and I’m glad that I chose Cre8 Construction. André and his team were very easy to work with. He took a conservative approach and never tried to justify unnecessary work. Folks on the stucco crew were friendly, thoughtful, and highly skilled. The results exceeded my expectations.”

“As a construction professional and inspector, one of my more difficult tasks is to help my clients find an extremely capable, consistent, and thoroughly professional builder. André and Cre8 construction have never disappointed! They are my go to construction team for anything stucco related. Thank you for always being there for my clients and keep up the great work guys!”

“I was very impressed with Cre8 Construction from start to finish. Andre responded quickly to my request for a quote to fix cracks in my stucco and to re-paint the entire exterior stucco surfaces. The quote was detailed and explained what the project would entail. Andre was able to schedule his team to complete the project soon after I accepted the quote. Andre's team did a great job at fixing the cracks and re-painting the stucco. The job took a few days to complete and the team showed a great work ethic and did a fantasic job on the re-painting work. They tidied up the work site at the end of each day and did a great job of cleaning up after the project was finished. They were very careful to mask adjacent surfaces to prevent any painting "accidents" :) My house is 12 years old and the stucco surfaces had become a bit dirty and discolored, but after re-painting it looks brand new. What a difference! My wife and I are very happy with the result and will definitely call Cre8 Construction when needed in the future.”

“I recently hired Cre8 Construction to survey damaged chimney stucco. Upon examination they determine extensive damage existed with the chimney top. Andre was very responsive to my request to remove the damaged chimney top and fabricate and install a new architectural piece. The work was performed professionally and on a timely basis. Andre was responsive to my emails and texts. When I let Andre know I was going to be traveling out of town, he accelerated the schedule to have the work completed prior to my travel. I would absolutely hire them in the future. It is worth noting I asked several local stucco contractors bid the job. Cre8 was the ONLY firm that came to quote the project and followed-up with a quote.”
