They were very responsive with great communication throughout the process. They managed to fit us in for a last minute need right before the weekend which was greatly appreciated. Trung showed up right on time (a bit early, in fact) and was very creative and diligent in helping us figure out a difficult blinds installation. He was courteous and a pleasure to be around during the whole process and did a great job of completing the job and ensuring everything was working perfectly before he left.”
