“I highly highly recommend Hill Country Carpenters. They built custom cabinets in a complete dead space of our house and we couldn’t love the cabinets more! The team is extremely professional, nice, knowledgeable and did an excellent job understanding what I was hoping for. “I had a fabulous experience with Hill Country Carpenters! They completed two projects in my home. First, our home office had large upper cabinets that we did not need and made the room feel small. Hill Country Carpenters removed the upper cabinets and replace them with beautiful white oak floating shelves and a matching white oak counter top. Second, our kitchen peninsula previously had open shelving. They created custom doors to match our existing kitchen cabinetry so that I can better conceal items I wish to store in the kitchen. “Lyman, Judd and team are excellent to work with. Communications are always professional and our expectation for timing are managed throughout the project. This is the second time we have used their excellent carpentry services. The first time was to do a complete closet renovation.  See pictures of that in my previous review.  The focus of this project was to replace cabinets in the hall pantry and laundry room and to resurface columns in our living room. They also installed a full light door and replaced wood rods in a closet with updated oval metal rods. Lastly, they updated the front of a older cabinet in our hall bathroom. They initially came and measured the space and planned the cabinets. They built the cabinet boxes offsite and then set a date for installation. They were careful when removing the old cabinets and installing the new ones. They used high quality materials, solid wood doors and soft close hinges. We are very pleased with the end result and look forward to our next project with Hill Country Carpenters. The first picture is the before and the last 3 are the after!”
