“Response to your Comment: it’s her arrogance and disrespectful nature that was the issue and the fact that you are defending her shows us that you too are completely immature. Surely even if appointments are required, you cannot be disrespectful. This is about human decency, not business. We asked her about the sale items online but the sample wasn’t available - she expected us to purchase the 2 lots without even seeing it. I then asked her how was I suppose to buy $20000 worth of siding without seeing it - her response was “Well anything you buy online you can’t see anyways”, and I said “yes but it’s not like I can return 1000 sq ft of wood, now can I”. Yes I am aware that you require appointment only, but when multiple people are sitting around chitchatting and playing on their phones, the least you can do is either look like you can are busy and can'thelp. People here are completely snobbish. We went in for a visit and was essentially been turned out for not having an appointment, they do not care for your business since they work with large builders and architects and if you don't have a drawing to show them, they're not interested in your business. We haven't really shown them or told them what we wanted yet and they're already telling us that we couldn't afford it in so many words. It doesn't matter how successful your business is, or how your Instagram has been laid out, but being disrespectful is completely uncalled of. Let's hope your high browed team will stay afloat once the economy softens and in decline. Chinese products are catching up everyday and is 1/10th of the price. Shame on you.”

“We built a custom home about 2.5 years ago and used a large amount of the accoya gator boards. During installation there were a few issues that began to show not long after we moved in. I contacted Delta Mill Works and they were happy to take care of the issues and sent a couple guys out to our home to re-burn several spots. It made an unbelievable difference and we are thrilled with how it turned out. Thank you guys for taking care of this!!!!”

“Made a special order. They charged me alot for this. They were supposed to match an existing floor. I sent samples and pictures. When the floor arrived a month late it was the wrong floor. It looked nothing like what I ordered. When Brandon finally returned my emails he told me to stain over the knots. There are hundreds of knots. The floor samples I sent were grade A white oak. This floor I was sent was not. They either used a different wood or the cheapest grade of oak. Not to mention the color weight was all wrong. I was charged top price for this floor. Now waiting over a week for them to make this right. So far they told me get someone to stain it. This is not making things right.”
